From the moment I walked in, I could tell Fireside Chicken takes pride in what they do. The food is on point across the board fresh, seasoned perfectly, juicy, and cooked to perfection. You can literally taste the care that goes into every bite.
The staff are friendly, professional, and make you feel right at home. The atmosphere is relaxed but lively it’s the kind of place you can come solo, with family, or with friends and always feel welcome.
I’m a veteran, and I appreciate when a business shows respect and consistency. Fireside Chicken definitely delivers both. The quality, flavor, and hospitality here stand out from any other spot in the area.

It’s always great when new Guyanese cuisine is introduced in NJ.
The pepperpot wrap one of their signature is amazing. A combination of puri and pepperpot, who would have thought. The portion is more than enough too.
Worth it! And the owner/staff were very welcoming. Will definitely return.

Hello! I am no food critic but just a skinny girl with a hungry stomach. To start, I want to say that I was in the shower when my food got delivered. Once I got out the shower and got to the food, I will say about 20mins passed by. When I first went to the door, without opening it, I could smell the aroma of the food from OUTSIDE! I knew I was in for a treat! My fiancée and I did order a lot of food since it was a new place, so I anticipated it to be a longer delivery time than Doordash stated. I was happy that even after it being outside for 20mins, EVERYTHING WAS STILL HOT! Not room temperature, not warm, HOT.
Finally, I get situated in the kitchen. Maybe another 5mins goes by AGAIN FOOD IS STILL HOT! We ordered chicken wings with lemon pepper sauce (I requested fried rice as a side and mac and cheese), loaded fries, flan, tres leches cake, and fried fish. MAN OH MAN. Everything was seasoned well and tasted great. Every last one of the menu items were unique enough to want you to come back and try again! You are not getting SAUCED lemon pepper wings like these anywhere! You are not getting loaded fries like these ANYWHERE! The best part for me hands down (now everything was great!!!) BUT THE FLAN!!!! I will say the only reason I got the flan is because I typically do not like flan but was like eh let me try. This flan was also SOMETHING DIFFERENT!!
So to the owners and employees of Fire Side Chicken, I hope y’all stay just where you are! I can’t wait to come inside to see how your service is!! 🙂
