Had such a great dining experience here the other night. All the dishes and rolls were thoughtfully curated and it was SO tasty. I loved the Peruvian/Japanese influence. We got the Nohri 7 from the tasting menu so it was $65 for 7 diff things on the menu. I loved the handrolls so much – my faves were the tuna and the toro. Highly recommend.

Best hand rolls I had so far in Boston. Loved the Peruvian fusion mix. Fish was fresh, perfectly seasoned. All the hand rolls were amazingly good, my favorite is the scallop handroll. Chefs were very friendly and knowledgeable. Space is cozy and intimate. Very affordable and worth it. Will be going back a couple of times, highly recommend.

10/10!!!!! Superb. The team of chefs at the counter were super helpful in helping us pick the dishes, and also took the time to describe them when served. The service was excellentttt. The food even better. Will definitely be back.

I was lucky enough to be able to try Nohri out during the soft open because I know this place is going to be booked out. I really love it when hand roll spots have sets and the hand rolls overall were very substantial making the price tag feel worth it. The food and service did feel premium and well suited for a special occasion meal.
Food: The Peruvian fusion flavors mixed very well with the selected fish and created combinations I haven’t tasted before! My favorite bites were the Scallop Tiradito, Spicy Salmon, and the Confit Halibut. The scallops were such a refreshing starter that highlighted the sweetness of scallops. The salmon had a great lingering heat and the confit halibut was a welcome warm bite.
Service: The serving staff was attentive through the meal and the chefs were super friendly and personable. Everyone was very knowledgeable on the flavors and the prep of the dishes.
Atmosphere: The small seating space and the open kitchen creates a more intimate dining experience and really made me trust that the chefs would serve up good food.

Nice hand towels. Clean space.
Scallop was good, toro was good.
Cool concept. The young chefs were enthusiatic and did a pretty decent job of explaining the food.
Beef tartare was cool but wasnt tasty need more beef flavor. Use fancy japanese spoons like wood or somthing instead of the crappy metal diner ones.
Some manager was loudly talking about cheque averages and end of day sales needed, he can go anywhere else please.
Not enough communication on how to order or who to speak with. Music too loud.
Chefs be more welcoming it felt like I wasnt supposed to be there with the awkward stares. One chef had a dirty Labubu hanging off his apron coming into contact with the food.
Chawanmushi was undercooked.
Couldnt taste the fish in other handrolls mostly chile.

Had a lovely dinner here, the food was amazing! It might have been a slower day since there weren’t many customers, but the staff were standing around talking loudly, which made the atmosphere feel a bit uncomfortable, almost like we were being judged. Service could have been more attentive, and the music was way too loud for such a small space. Overall though, the food was great and it’s a nice sushi addition to Chinatown.

Intimate and well executed. All of the fish was extremely fresh. The ceviche was some of the best I’ve had! The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, and the chef explains all of the dishes. The sake selection is also incredible. A great date-night spot or perfect with friends. I don’t go to Chinatown often, but I will now. Highly recommend!

This place is absolutely breath taking from the ambience to the food and to the team. Not only were they welcoming but they the warmth of the environment makes it feel like a little at home dinner with family and friends. Every bite was so different and delightful. It was fresh, it was hot, it was smooth, it was crunchy. A palettes dream! I recommend any items on their menu. A beautiful adaption of Peruvian and Japanese food.
