Let me start that we’ve been ordering from here for YEARS. I ordered a Shrimp Chow Mein and received pond water with cabbage that seemed to have sat in noodle water for 3 days and a few floating shrimp.
I called and let them know there might’ve been a mix up because chow mein is stir-fried. The guy on the phone tried to correct saying that stir-fried is lo mein. Instead of trying to fix the problem, he said to make a claim through Uber. I let him know I won’t be ordering again and he hung up on me.
Sad to see this place lack customer service. Do better before you lose more customers.

We ( my partner and I) usually love First Choice. It’s our go to ordering place for Chinese food. Maybe twice a week but lately our orders have been increasingly incorrect each time. This time it has gone TOO far. He has a shellfish allergy, also doesn’t like cooked veggies. He ordered Hunan beef with no veggies with the standard pork fried rice. What you see below is the standard Hunan beef with veggies and a shrimp in his rice. I’ve had now to administer an epi pen. This is an egregious error. I know it’s just takeout Chinese but come on.

Nope! Not good. General Tso chicken was dry, tasted like it’s been sitting under the heat lamp all day, the sauce was thick, really thick and, the rice was extremely dry almost a chalky texture. The hot & sour soup had a weird unpleasant flavor. Lastly, the egg rolls, soggy and certain parts tasted uncooked.

Well this is my first time. Seen some people complain about stupid things. I don’t have any complaints. Took my order quickly and correctly. Washed my hands sat down 2 mins later ( Less than 10 mins) had my order ready .

We’ve enjoyed eating First Choice for years. It’s always been delicious. Unfortunately I recently found out that soy is an allergen for me. Thankfully First Choice has lovely steamed entrees that I can eat and I make my own non-soy sauce for it.

Where to start.. I spent nearly 70.00 on my meal, Shrimp Lo mein spoiled within a few hours. Also, I ordered a mixed vegetable and when I got home it was all broccoli, I don’t mind broccoli I like it but when you pay for something ESPECIALLY at that price you expect to get it. It just sucked spending that much money and not getting what you want. When I called them back to complain the girl was super rude and didn’t want to take the blame. You Think when you spend that much money on a meal customer service will be a little better but it’s not. I asked for some hot oil sauce and they only gave me one and when I asked for an extra they got pissy with me and told me I have to give them a 1.00 lol woww I spent so much money already and you can’t just give me an extra sauce. Their prices have gone up and portions have gone down. Mind you I’ve been eating here for the past decade plus. My mother is a nurse at the hospital by their restaurant and that is how I discovered that place but I’ll let her know and hopefully she’ll tell her fellow nurses to stay away and to take their business somewhere else. This would be my first EVER online restaurant review smh

They don’t hand over the orders to delivery drivers. We have to keep asking for a long time, explaining which order we’re supposed to pick up. They say it’s not ready, even though it’s sitting right behind them on the table. They tell us to wait, but then completely ignore us and simply forget about the delivery driver. We’re forced to come back many times to ask if the order is ready. This entire process causes major delays for delivery drivers, leading to a loss of income.
