This is one of the best coffee shops on the road to Traverse city. Much better than Starbucks or any other chain. Service was more than 5 stars, coffee absolutely delicious, atmosphere was nice with a little fireplace inside. Price was right with local products available for purchase.

Amazing food and atmosphere, they have always been polite and welcoming. Usually don’t go to coffee shops but the pleasant experiences I’ve had here always keeps me returning. They remember my order everytime making me feel like a regular and not just another random nobody (London fog; great mix). I will be sure to always recommend this place to anyone who wants to relax with coffee or a drink to escape the everyday stress . 🙂

This place had a great atmosphere- some great seats to sit in; tables you could hang out at, games you can play.
I loved the decor.
They have many unique items you can buy (syrup, honey, trinkets, etc.)
The coffee was pretty solid and the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Definitely will come back if I’m ever in the area!

This coffee shop is hands-down one of the best stops on the road to Traverse City! Forget the chains like Starbucks—this local spot is vastly superior. The coffee itself was absolutely delicious, and the service was genuinely more than 5 stars. The atmosphere is perfect, featuring a nice, cozy fireplace inside. Plus, the pricing is fair, and they support the community by offering local products for purchase. A must-visit destination for coffee lovers.

Mocha with almond milk was pretty good!
Forget the price but the large along with these 3 candles was 23.69. These candles are made by a man who also sells honey there (and I saw at a Michigan made store downtown also) for a very reasonable price! Honey quart $18, and these candles were $7/5/4. Gals working are super friendly.

Great drinks made by very friendly and helpful staff! The staff was so patient as I was struggling to pick from their wide variety of latte options. My mom got the peanut butter cookie and it was fantastic! It was a delicious compliment to our lattes! Would definitely recommend and would go back the next time we are in the area!

Attended Cars and Coffee in the parking lot and stopped in for some coffee and treats. We got a lemon sugar cookie and a chocolate croissant. The cookie was good with the perfect sweetness. The croissant stole the show. It was flaky, buttery and the perfect amount of chocolate, unlike other places that overwhelm the croissant flavor with chocolate. Delicious! Black coffee was good, too.

Cute place in a strip mall so parking not an issue. Don’t think they have a drive through. Your standard fare of lattes and other milk and coffee drinks. They do have oat milk as an alternative.
They have lots of local goods like honey and soaps as well as fresh baked bakery items. Prices are reasonable, my large Mackinac lattes cost $7 with oat milk substitution. They have two non gendered bathrooms and a few places to sit but not a lot.
Overall I would come here again!
