My experience at this Subway location, isn’t typically consistent, I usually have a long wait just to place an order.
On my most recent experience, I was greeted, and order was taken right away. But they we’re out of my choice of breads.
The employees we’re friendly and the sandwiches tasted good, but the prices we’re a little high for portions.
The restaurant was clean, and easy to get in and out of off of highway 20.

I am there now. Most tables need cleaning . I used napkins i wet in restroom to clean mine. Restroom out of paper towels

This has to be the worst subway in America if not on the planet. Instead of sliced cheese they threw on shredded cheese. Jersey Mike’s in albany is 100 times better than this place. I will never give subway another penny until they fix this hole. What’s up with that cardboard you call bread. Last few orders have all been through drive up and ALL have been wrong.

Stopped in here a couple of weeks ago. Was waiting in the drive through (one car ahead of me) so long that we actually had a conversation with the car in front of us, backed up and parked to go inside and get a sandwich from the ONE GUY working and left before the two female employees came back in from there smoke break rite outside the front door. I wish I would have seen names but no one had name tags on. If this was my store, I’d want to know what a mess it is.
The one taller red headed guy was trying to do it all and friendly wile he did. Bread was beeping, some kinds were out, the counter had a bit of a food mess as he navigated through it and the inside needed to be swept
I was so annoyed with how this guy is doing it all on his own…I had a conversation with him about why he was alone, told him he was doing great and I was appreciative and made a very vocal comment on the way out (rite next to the smoke cloud of employees) that “it’s a good thing someone knows how to do a good job”.
Hopefully if you come in here, you get that guy, because he was on top of it even in his obvious frustration and lack of help.
My sandwich was good.

genuinely such disrespectful workers, luckily i didn’t catch a name this time or i would be calling in a complaint, i shouldn’t feel like im getting a lecture because i didn’t know that they had a different meal sandwich everyday of the week and not knowing they were out of hot honey chicken, she proceeded to make me feel so stupid in front of so many other customers! it says on my receipt that i was served by 3463, get your stuff together stop taking out your anger on your customers

Sadly we did not have a good experience. They were busy but no more than I have seen on a daily basis. My services was NOT good. I got complaints about wanting my sandwich toasted because “it takes longer”. She was scoffing under her breath while making my sandwich. We could definitely tell she was mad that she had to be making sandwiches but I fell like you should still be polite to customers and not complain under your breath. We did not have good service from candy. We watched her act this way with the people In front of us as well. Next will be going to Lebanon or Albany they have great service and don’t just put 2 pickles on a 12in sandwich. If I Take the bad service away it still wasn’t worth the trip or what I paid. Very disappointed!!

So why is this place struggling. A year ago there were several bread choices, now 1-2 every time I go. Tonight my choice was… white bread. A couple weeks ago they were out of most veggies. A sandwich is not rocket science…
