My FAVORITE pizza place! Carrie p is the manager and her positive spirit is very contagious! She runs a great place. The meat lovers with extra cheese is top notch!!!! I just can’t order anything different. My hubby gets personal pan supreme and we share chees sticks with extra cheese too!

Wow! What an experience! We dined in, right after the Lunch Buffet. So, we weren’t even sure it this business was open. Only a few cars in the parking lot, we didn’t see any lights until we got closer. We decided to go ahead and try it because we don’t have a Pizza Hut back home. We were greeted the minute we walked in the door. The dining room was open so we could pick anywhere to sit. We ordered drinks and an appetizer, along with a Large Pizza, and a online bundle box with the personal pan pizza and 4 boneless chicken wings/chunks. Oh, a Garlic Pizza Bread too. Our waitress was super friendly, funny and just gave us a 10 ☆ service. Our drinks never went dry. She checked on us a few times. 45 minutes from walking in and walking out. Not bad timing at all. Everything was fresh and delicious! Such a wonderful time! The facility was clean, the restrooms were clean and well stocked. This is probably one of our favorite pizza places in Quincy, all employees were all smiles and friendly. Thank you for making our dining experience so fun!

My pineapple ham personal pizza was AMAZING! Rest of family had a taco pizza was NOT the best they ever had but it was OK could of used some more meat and little less refried beans! Breadsticks were also very good!! Service was excellent!

Ordered pizza last night and when they delivered the pizza they was gonna leave it on the front porch. Then when I went and checked the driver had a bad attitude and even bother to see if there was another door with a light on. Also I felt the box was bent then the box looked like it was open. We called and they said either they can make us another one or credit us the same thing and since it was late we done the credit and inspected the pizza and this is what we found in the box. Since there was not anything else in it we ate. If you want them to mess your pizza up, the attitude then order from them we will not be ordering from them again after we use that credit

I changed my previous 5 Stars to 1 star and I wish I can give half star, I ordered a pizza and your employee messed up my pizza and cooked it on the wrong crust, they asked me if I need credit or remake the pizza, I answered that I will take credit for my next purchase, kept my receipt and when I tried to order and called them to say that I have credit they said I have nothing on file, and refused to fix their problem. You messed up first when making the pizza and you messed up again by mot applying credit to my account. You chose to lose a customer over some crust and that shows who you are.

I’ve frequented this Pizza Hut numerous times. I’ve had order issues in the past, but they always made up for it. The last couple of years have been wonderful. The food is always hot and delicious, the staff I encounter are always welcoming and friendly, and prices are excellent.
I love that they stay open late for pick-up and delivery orders. I ordered dinner last night for my son and myself, and the order was ready in 15 minutes… maybe a couple minutes less. I don’t know how they get it done so quicky. If atmosphere, friendliness, delicious food, and speedy service are important to you… get yourself some Pizza Hut.

Absolutely Amazing Service and People! It is 12:57 on 6/8 and the waitress is top notch and also a wing was dropped by accident and they handed me another basket with a couple extras. The cook brought them! And he is just as nice as the waitress! I’ll come back here for sure. Thank you guys for your amazing hospitality.

I would just like to say thank you for the workers tonight. I made an order for delivery at 8pm tonight and by 930 it still hadn’t been delivered. I didn’t want to be that customer calling to complain on waiting longer on a Saturday night, but finally I did. Turns out my pizza had been delivered at 8:38… to my shitty neighbors who said they were me. They didn’t have to make my whole order again (2 pizzas, wings, and cinnamon sticks), but they did. They went above and beyond and made the moment right. The woman who answered the phone (sorry I got snippy at first) was very understanding and put my order back in and made sure it made it to me, again. I confronted my neighbors and they said they told them it was the wrong house…Lies! The delivery driver was very nice and pleasant. She apologized for assuming someone stating it was their pizza and giving it to them. She didn’t need to do that. You guys all rock! Thanks again! 4/19/25

Ordered pan crust and it wasn’t cooked all the way through. They did correct it and the second one was cooked.
