You know, I’m not big on giving low scores to businesses, but when you have your stores hours everywhere online and even on the door as a certain time every day consistently but then you choose to close early without any notification anywhere across the board that’s where I get upset. I just drove an hour to come here to get a pizza to then drive an hour back and I walked in at 7:50, an hour and 10 minutes before closing time and they looked at me like I just kicked a dog. They looked at me and said usually we stop taking orders 15 minutes before close, but I arrived an hour and 10 minutes before close yet could not get a pizza. If you are going to just close up shop whenever you want, state that on the website. Now I’ve just wasted two hours of my time plus gas to walk out empty-handed during business hours. Not cool.
So since this business cannot stay consistent, maybe try calling ahead to make sure they are in fact going to go by their stated hours.

They always serve us well, but today especially. We definitely dropped the ball ordering our pizza. When I went in, I told the young man what we had done. He didn’t hesitate in changing things up to make our order affordable, and still delicious! I don’t know his name, but we thank him!

Called in asked what specials were. The said family chicken garlic $16 99. I asked if it cost to swith tomatoes for olives and she said no so I ordered it. I got there ran my card and realized they were charging me $27. I explained to guy and he said she was wrong that’s a different special and I can’t change the topping. I was to busy to argue it

Service has definitely increased lately, I believe there has been some new staff maybe. Last time we were in one of the workers offered to fresh make a salad they were out of and almost always are out of and generally refund me for. But he went above and beyond instead and we really appreciated it! This time another worker was friendly and helpful at pickup.
