Ordered a bagel double toasted with butter, had to remind employee i asked for double toasted before pulling up to the window. Bagel looked like they actually double toasted it )maybe triple) but it was only partially buttered. Nothing like a rock hard bagel without butter to ruin a morning.

I feel bad leaving this review as the staff at this location are always so kind! But in the past 2 weeks I’ve gotten a plain bagel with cream cheese at least 5 times due to pregnancy cravings. Each time, I pay the extra $1 for “regular” cream cheese instead of light and most of the time this is what I get. There was ONE time I felt like they actually put on a little more than this amount and it felt like worth it to pay extra. Ever since, I continue to give them extra money just to end up with this amount of cream cheese. I’m sorry but if this is considered “regular” amount, what would a light amount of cream cheese look like? Because I can’t imagine putting on less than this. Sincerely, a pregnant woman that just wants some cream cheese on her bagel when she pays extra to get it!!

Very busy Saturday at 11:30 AM. Four people working and two working drive-through. Waited inside in line over 15 minutes to be waited on or acknowledged. No one noticed us when I asked if someone was going to be taken care of us girl working in drive-through said she will after she makes all the other orders Left. Very very poor customer service. No one even acknowledge us even said will be with you shortly.

Now tell me that that doesn’t look like someone took a bite out of my egg before I did. I took 3 bites from my sandwich this morning before I flipped it open and noticed something didn’t quite look right on the other side. I’m so disgusted and disappointed in my favorite breakfast chain! I went back and asked for a new sandwich, which I was granted but I couldn’t bring myself to eat it.
