I went to the drive through and ordered some spicy meals.And after they had me pull up and pay, they told me that I needed to pull around the front and wait, which was fine. I waited forty eight minutes. No SHIT!! 48 MINUTES… BUT THAT’S NOT ALL.. They still didn’t come out with my food and I had to walk in and ask for it.And when I did, guess what? They still didn’t have any chicken cooked for me!!! I see people that have been coming and going for the last thirty minutes, getting their food and leaving.So I was sure they had my food ready, but no, they said they were out of chicken would have to cook some more for me. I told them ‘I’ve been waiting forty eight minutes and you’ve been giving my chicken away to everyone that’s been coming in and walking out with it, si why did they get their chicken when i’ve been sitting in the driveway for almost an hour. They asked if I would take regular non-spicy chicken instead, and I said, “Not no, but HELLLL NO. YOU’VE HAD ALMOST AN HOUR TO GET IT RIGHT. You could have either cooked my food and put it in a box and brought it out to me or not sold it to all the other 20 customers who were walking in and out while I was waiting patiently in my car.”

This wasn’t the first time either.This place either has no manager or the manager is completely incompetent.The workers are definitely either lazy and left to their own whims as to when to cook and do their job or they are not being supervised correctly. Taking one look at the crew and you can get a good idea of what’s going on, Extremely lazy people that seem like they’re mad. They have to be in there working. Avoid this place.

Had a door dash order from here and when we got the order the entire order was messed up. We’re missing a drink, no cheese or bacon on the chicken sandwich that we had ordered the wings was still half raw and had a bad order to it the wings also had no BBQ sauce on them as ordered this is ridiculous and extremely unacceptable won’t ever eat here again

The second time I pulled into the drive through and asked for a family meal with no spice, and they said it would be twenty five minutes to get chicken without spice.So I said, okay, I’ll take the spicy and they said they didn’t have any. Now this is five o’clock in the afternoon, and there’s no traffic.And no customers coming through.Why in the hell would you not have chicken?At a chicken place when that’s all you sell? They screwed up literally every part of our order. We pre-ordered on the app, still had to wait 15 min. Asked for sauces, bag didnt have any. Asked for no gravy on the mashed potatoes, they had gravy. We were told that we were waiting on fries, the fries we got were ice cold and soggy.

The chicken legs were old like way earlier in the day old the chicken tenders were way undercooked the mac and cheese was burnt the motivation and attitude was 100% negative disrespectful and highly rude some employees were all over their phones the fountain drink area looked like kids were just pouring pop out on the counter and the ice despenser had what looked like spit in it im good will be reporting to the food handler and health department with the proof we have we will not be going back til this is fixed this is just disgusting

I have never not had to pull over and wait an extremely long time. Had to wait over 30 minutes one time for two chicken sandwiches not to mention that they seem to like to pre close the kitchen hours early. They act Inconvenienced when you come through the drive-through. And they are always out of something, Last night they were out of shrimp, bacon, mac & cheese you name it. And when you pull up to the drive-through window, the kid in the kitchen thinks it’s funny Pointing And laughing At the drive-through window. 19 out of 20x, almost every time ever since they opened at this location. Can’t ever seem to get right, More worried about their drive timer for their drive-through.

We placed an order the night before and paid for it per the Manager on evening duty 2/11 – showed up to pick up our 15 meals at 10:45am (showed up early just incase) on 2/12 and the Manager Justin knew nothing about our order, BUT THANK GOODNESS he made it happen. He bent over backwards to complete our order (plus we had 10 more meals to add) and it was only him and a cook. Justin I want to THANK YOU SOOOOOOO much for making it work and busting your butt!!! You got us ALL 25 meals and out on ON TIME 🙂 You are a ROCKSTAR!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You and your cook get ALL these stars!!!
