I’m so mad I ordered iced brown sugar, oat milk, shaken espresso, With only one shot of brown sugar syrup and line the cup with caramel what they did was poor espresso over ice and added cinnamon it was so bitter my whole face sucked in Never going to order from there again! The first pic I didn’t drink out of it yet that’s how it came disgusting!

okay I go to starbucks an unhealthy amount lol to the point where i know that the way they make my drink here is perfect, they make it perfect every time actually! which is different than what I could say about others in the area. the way they go all out for their customers (the drawings on the cup make my day) and just their overall happy attitude is infectious! you can tell they have good work ethic and want to do their best for their customers. The only starbucks I go to in the area!

Literally panhandling and begging for a tip every single time anybody drives through to buy a $5 coffee is crazy. Starbucks just paid its CEO almost $100 million in four months. They should be able to pay their workers enough money to where they’re not panhandling for tips and begging every single customer that comes through the line for extra money on top of the already ridiculously expensive and overpriced coffee…

I was down and out and couldn’t afford my drink when I came through the drive through my card apparently had insufficient funds and I don’t know that until after I had order and was at the counter and this wonderful worker she was so nice and let me keep my drink even though I had no money a think her name was Anita or something sorry if I forgot your name fully it’s been a long weekend for me and I am disabled anyway had a bad day and this wonderful worker made my day better with her kindness and helping me out and wanted to let everyone know that there’s still compassionate people and she’s one of them! So great customer service and would recommend going there!!!

Baristas were unkind and petty. We are frequent customers, professionals that often use starbucks to meet before and after in home consultations. I asked for the bathroom code and was given a hard time by the person inthe headset for not buying something, I mentioned i would be buying something. I the purchased beverages and snacks, went to our consult, came back and purchased more. The same female employee who had the headset on previously who I Interacted with initially was leaving for the day and gave us a rude look as she was leaving, clearly speaking about us to the other employees on her way out. Not a welcomg way to treat patrons of a “third space”

Great staff, and great service. Love going here. Whoever manages this Starbucks should get a raise, wish they managed all the Starbucks in Oregon. This place is the only place that gets my drink right every time. Once they know you and know your drink, you’re good to go.

First time I tried this Starbucks, I rarely go to any other one around here in Oregon. I’m kinda picky on who makes my coffee and I’m super glad I gave this place a try several months ago. The manager (I think he is) has ALWAYS been very welcoming and super sweet when working drive thru). Along with all the rest of the employees I’ve gotten to know at this starbucks!! All of you guys do a great job!! No complaints whatsoever.

Yeah so they locked the door on my girlfriend and according to what I see online it’s open until 8 . Not only was the door locked the cashier inside smiled and waved at my girlfriend as she tried to open the door. Starbucks you need to fire that employee
