This place is so great. Clean restaurant, wonderful authentic and fun atmosphere, and such excellent service. I had a carne asada taco combo with a horchata. The rice and beans were fresh and flavorful. The tacos were delicious and perfect. Horchata to top it all off.

Plus, I love burros. Easy five from me

Friendly, helpful and welcoming staff. Good flow all through the lunch hour with a group of older fellas that looked like they get together often and have for a while, to work truck after work truck of hungry workers looking for inexpensive and filling lunch. I was told by a reliable source this is a good place to come. And it is.

So much flavor in these sauces. Tried to Camarones Crema and the Pollo Chipotle special.

Parking can be busy along with the intersection but it is worth a trip.

Overall great Mexican restaurant when it comes to staple food and fast food.

For starters, I am a huge critic of Mexican food. I fell in love with the chorizo taco they serve. I feel their food can be a little hotter. I kind of feel like they use the method of Chipotle to provide a timely turnaround which will sacrifice the temperature of the food as well as the flavor. Not quite the carne asada I am used to but i would come here hands on to get a burrito well done over some of the other trucks in town. Lomo con diesmillo or arrachera is where its at. I would pay more to go with that meat option.

I am not a fam of Chipotle nevertheless but i like their concept of fast burritos. This business does a good job with fast turnarounds but sacrifice the texture of their meats in the process.

I like that their burrito flour tortillas do not taste like cardboard or long term storage tortillas that are tough or chewy. Their corn street taco tortillas could use a little help but i also understand its tough to source tortillas around the PNW. Salsas are kind of watery but do sting a bit which is essential to salsas.

The restaurant is clean, kid and family friendly, their menus have clear pictures of what you can order and the service is very positive. Spanish and English spoken. They are very flexible with customization such as mentioning to make the meat dorada or crispier (tripa is really good dorada). Friendly staff.

5 stars for me would be to get a wow on the first bite. I smiled but i wasn’t wowed. Again, keeping in mind i have high expectations for non tex-mex mexican food, in my opinion this is a good fast mexican. Most fast mexican restaurants or trucks focus on the speed and not the quality. I think this business has a good future if they take feedback serious. I am definitely coming back and looking forward to better tacos and burritos!

Their grand opening happened yesterday, July 28, 2023. As a born and raised Californian, I am so happy I finally found a legit Mexican restaurant! Out of curiosity, I asked more about the business and learned it’s family-owned and run by a family from Jalisco.

The place has such a fresh, clean and truly vibrant atmosphere that brought me back to childhood memories of my family’s home in Mexico.

Here’s what we ordered:
A carne asada burrito
One mojarra fish plate (we subbed beans for extra rice)
5 carne asada tacos plate with beans and rice
Chimichanga plate with beans and rice

All but the burrito came with a small side of lettuce and a generous portion of guac.

My teen who craved finding a great Mexican mojarra fish plate was a happy kiddo. He’s one picky eater, so this was a win for us.

The portions were generous but not so much it was wasteful.

Drinks: They have horchata, agua de jamaica, and agua de tamarindo with free refills – very delicious!

10/10 will be going there again!

I specifically selected the “No Cilantro” option and wrote “No Cilantro” again in the note when ordering at their website. But still ended up getting cilantro all over my order that I had to throw away. If you cannot provide food without cilantro, maybe you should remove the “Remove Topping – No cilantro” option from your website. This is especially unacceptable as they charge $1.75 convenience fee for online order.

Pretty mediocre everything. Portion sizes are solid for the burritos so you won’t be hungry.
