Visited this location for the first time. The server was overwhelmed but did her best. My food arrived cold and drinks were not refilled. Definitely not the experience I am used to when visiting Cracker Barrel.

Good food but everything and I mean everything was just way too slow!
Cracker Barrel is my go to option for eating on the road. The food is generally good, fresh and you don’t have to spend a ton of time waiting. From my first interaction with the hostess to the final interaction checking out it just didn’t seem like anyone had any sense of urgency at all. Even though they weren’t super busy, it took five minutes to seat a small party in front of us and then another five minutes to figure out where to seat us and pull the tables together and we were only a party of five. They seem to have a new electronic seating chart that was giving them fits. It’s very painful to stand there and watch as they slowly figure out where to seat you.
Our food took a long time to come out and while it was fresh and tasty, we spent way too much time in this restaurant.

The lady that help me was nice.Vwry helpful and plasent. Another lady was just rude. Trying to move to another spot in the store like I was in the way. It was 7 am and there were really no ppl there. Idk. But the biscuits and gravy was off the chain. I mean it was fabulous. I love country white gravy with biscuits and this store definitely has the best

It’s Cracker Barrel. Consistently consistent. I had items from the breakfast menu and the biscuits were the freshest fluffiest biscuit I have ever had at CB.
Server was polite and as prompt as she could be given the lack of servers at this store.
I’m still disappointed that I am unable to order the sirloin burger anymore. 🙁
Otherwise, another expected meal provided.

Very busy Saturday afternoon, time about 1:45pm and had an hour wait for a table. I would say there were a lot of people. Server was nice but not very attentive. Maybe because of so many people they were busy but didn’t come back once to ask if we needed anything……not once and we waited for our food for about another 45mins.
The food came out very good. The food was hot and everything was fresh and cooked pretty much perfect. We had the catfish fried nice and golden brown. The pancakes were cooked well and the biscuits were amazing……. I never liked there biscuits but this day they were super fluffy, moist and warm just out of the oven.
The wait and server brought the rating down.

server was not very attentive: no napkin provided, taking too long to take our order, asking for refilled water, never come back, asking for a box, never back; wanted a spoon, never have chance to ask for it. But food was really good.

Ok, but could use some improvement. Bathrooms need to be Clorox’s and washed down with a hose. The trash outside was overflowing and they forgot the sausage in the grilled shrimp. The dish only had 5 grilled shrimp, kinda sad.

We always enjoy getting to come have a meal at this location, the server was really kind and helpful. I wasn’t 100% sure about the pancakes, but they’re now probably my favorite breakfast dish, the cheesecake and fruit made such a delicious combination. I always forget to ask for my toast grilled instead of the basic toasting, but it was still yummy. I do wish the cooks were a little better about timing their steaks to the right temp, they have a habit of over cooking them, but hopefully that can improve. I know its not a steakhouse, but its wasteful to have to recook steaks. I still enjoy coming for many of the other dishes though, thats why I got to try out the cheesecake pancakes, I hope they stay on the menu a long time.

I should give zero stars for the food and service.Because there was none. We had to wait quite a while before anybody even recognized that we were there. Then, we were seated and handed an updated menu. I read over the menu several times and no one came over to take our drink order. I noticed a drastic change to the menu. There is really only one thing on the menu that he could eat.And it was very expensive, and not really what we went in there for. They’ve taken almost all the sides away that we have ordered in the past. And they’ve taken off the meats that we have eaten there in the past. And with my child being allergic to chicken and Turkey and tomatoes, which is 90% of their menu now, we will not be back.

They were out of tartar sauce, French fries, and regular jelly (only had sugar free). It would have been nice to know before waiting to be seated. My country fried steak was bland and I couldn’t eat more than a few bites. It also made my stomach hurt, and I felt queasy. I’ve been to this location numerous times, and it has never been this awful. My country fried steak was comped, but my bill was still ridiculous considering my son didn’t eat his alternative side also.
