They served me burnt egg on my biscuit, which means they saw this egg before they put it on my biscuit. Look, I know fast food is hard to work in, but you guys charged me over a dollar for a piece of cheese to put on my egg biscuit and almost 3 for the egg biscuit and 3 for a drink. We are paying a fortune for food these days. at least don’t serve burnt food.

Month ago I would have rate them 5 stares. But the last two visits and ordering biscuit and gravy they just give you just enough to cover just half a biscuit. Prior to this they would cover both halves completely. Management must have informed the staff they can no longer give that amount of gravy. So I have stopped going there. Same!

I ordered a #1. A chicken biscuit combo. Added egg and cheese. Got an egg and cheese biscuit. With a hair in my hashbrowns. Told the “manager” at the window. Instead of looking at the hair she told me she can’t take food back through the window and instead of fixing my order she made me pay the difference. What a joke.

My boyfriend had to work later than normal and so we stopped at Hardee’s in Vonore around 8:40pm. They close at 9pm. Crystal was friendly and helpful. This was our second time going to a Hardee’s. Crystal was also handing out the food through the drive-thru window. She apologized for the wait and explained that only she and the manager were working. Two workers had called in that evening. My food was hot! Big, huge plus! I took off a point for food quality because the burger had a weird taste. The drive thru was packed! I guess everyone was hungry at the same time and decided to stop at Hardee’s. These workers hit it out of the park. Amazing customer service. I was impressed! I will definitely stop back to this location. Thank you Crystal for superior customer service! We really appreciate the manager for busting her hump cooking for all of us in the drive-thru!

I ordered a Frisco burger and the meat or whatever it was looked like a piece of rubber. The taste in my mouth lingered on for hours. The fries were pretty good. I can remember when Hardee’s had the best burger but that’s been a long time ago.

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND this location out of all the ones including Maryville this is by far the BEST ONE EVER!! We do recommend Breakfast over lunch. Also wanna say be kind good help is extremely hard to find & you never know what someone maybe going thur to just hold it together. Working in fast food is very hard so next time try to put yourself in there shoes & Be kind

I ordered in the drive thru no one else there though heck yeah I’ll be able to get back home to feed my family before they had to leave for work and school and our food still be warm well boy was in wrong the person running drive thru didn’t take my whole order and then when I went back inside to tell them they messed up they touched my food that was in the bag and then charged me another 9.00 for 4 sausage biscuits that they never put on my order I asked for 6 and only got 2 so yeah our family won’t be going back to that one thank God their’s another Hardee’s in Madisonville if the person running drive thru doesn’t like or know what they’re doing talk to your g.m and tellem you want to do something else cause you suck on taking orders js

would leave zero stars if i could. received burger with all toppings even cheese except the meat!!!! didn’t receive chicken sandwich. ALL FRIES WERE COLD, staff member was rude when called to get replacement order and one was rude after placing order said “who spends 80$ on hardee’s” . feeling sick after eating definitely did not have a pleasant experience.
