Collinsville’s hidden gem of restaurants. Everything on the menu is very good. Restaurant is clean with a good variety of alcoholic drinks. Have ordered food for pickup and still very warm when we arrived home. There house dressing is delicious! Prices are about what you would pay for two orders from a fast food joint. Highly recommend.

The food has went downhill it used to be really good and full of flavor now it is kind of bland and tasteless. Did a large Chicago style pizza with onion mushroom and sausage all you can taste is the one inch of cheese the sausage you are lucky to get a piece of sausage on each piece of pizza for $30 this is awful. Ordered an order of the cheese pizza sticks and the amount of sauce you get for dipping isn’t even sufficient for half the order then you are supposed to pay for more. Prices are up and quality is down. The lack of meat on the pizza is ridiculous for the charge. Will be a long time before I try to eat here again.

Very disappointed in our experience this evening. First, the website would not let us order on line. My husband called the order in at 6:15. The young lady said it would be 20 minutes and that they were not crowded. At 7:00 pm I called just to follow up and was told the pizza was out for delivery. Unfortunately that wasn’t the case. The young lady called back around 7:30 and said she had made a mistake and had marked the pizza and mozzarella sticks for pickup. She said the pizza was being delivered now. We requested the food be remade since it had been sitting there. She said they would. When the food finally arrived it was cold. My husband called back and asked for a refund. He was offered a credit to Joe’s but we won’t order from there again. The young lady was incredibly rude with him. He asked to speak to a manager. She said she would get him, 20 minutes later after waiting on the phone she says he doesn’t speak English well. My husband said no problem. I would still like to speak with him. The manager said no problem he would refund our money. We assumed he would have refunded our card but no. Their driver showed up at our house 10 minutes later with cash and asked for the cold food back. This is unfortunate because we normally enjoy their food. However, tonight customer service was not only terrible but unacceptable. I am only posting because the last few times we have ordered from Joe’s in Collinsville there has been something wrong with our order. No big deal but this evening was uncalled for. Such a shame that Joe’s lost customers because of customer service.

All you can spaghetti is great, the chicago style is to die for and the wings are good too. Pizza itself is great if lacking a smidgen of sauce. The meat sauce is excellent as well as the choices of cheese bread, garlic bread, and garlic sticks. Service can be spotty at times in terms of refills and we were shorted our salads the other day but I think just having one person waiting and checking people out is to blame. We weren’t charged for the salads and ended up plenty full so it didn’t matter in the end.

The Chicago here is great but the delivery people can’t seem to deliver without EVERYTHING sliding off the pizza. I’m not sure if they need a special ring around them, or container or what, but the delivery people need to realize they can’t put these hot pizzas in their cars sideways. It seems like they show up this way almost every time.

Ordered a large pizza and mozzarella sticks tonight at 615 tonight. The girl on the phone said it would be 15min for delivery. At the 45 min mark, my wife called and asked about the food. Girl on phone said it just left for delivery. I live less than a mile away. 730 I get a call from Joe’s, it’s the girl I placed the order with. Proceeded to tell me that she marked it as pick up and not delivery that the food was on its way. I ask if it was hot she said she didn’t know. Food shows up cold. I call back and she says we’ll we remake it and send it out in 10min. I said I didn’t want it. We’ll I can’t refund the money I can only give store credit, she proceeds to tell me. I told her I didn’t want it, I wanted on manger. Was put on hold for 15min then she comes back and says were sending you new food. I told her no, I wanted the manager. She proceeded to tell me he doesn’t want to talk to me because he has broken English. I said we’ll my wife speaks Spanish so put him on. 15min later he comes on and says I send you new order I said no, I’ve already waited 2-1/2 hrs. I want a refund. Finally he says ok. Next thing I knew, driver is at my door with $40 cash and wanted the cold food. Now out for 2-1/2 hours. I gave it to him. Im not sure c what’s going on there, but they list a customer who buys almost weekly at the tine of $100 each time.

We visited for lunch today for the first time, and our experience was great. Our server, Tabitha, was bubbly and patient, making us feel welcome right away. The food came out quickly, hot, and fresh. Although the menu had a lot of options, Tabitha was really helpful in guiding us through them. The Caesar salad was delicious, and the BBQ chicken pizza was fantastic. The bathrooms were clean and they had a great country music station playing while we were there.
