Zaxby’s is a solid go-to spot when you’re craving crispy chicken and bold flavors. Their chicken fingers are the highlight — tender on the inside with a golden, crunchy coating on the outside. The real star, though, is the sauce. Zax Sauce has that perfect creamy, tangy kick that keeps you dipping every bite. The variety of sauces is a big plus, especially if you like switching between sweet, spicy, and savory.

Wings had barely any sauce and clearly sat in the warmer for a while before being served. Fingers weren’t even coated in sauce. The theme of the meal was dry. Not worth the money. Just go somewhere else.

We had a great experience at Zaxby’s thanks to Matt. He checked in on us multiple times to make sure everything was perfect, our drinks were always full, the food came out hot, accurate, and absolutely delicious. It was clear he genuinely cared about our experience and took pride in making sure everything was right. That level of attentiveness really stood out and made our visit even better. Excellent management and great service all around.

I went through the drive thru and asked for two ‘2 for $4 chicken nibblers’ (4 sandwiches total). The worker asked if I was using points on the app for this deal and I said no. He kept claiming 2 for $4 did not exist and I said it did because I got it from that exact location a week before. The worker was rude and dismissive and said “so you just want 4 sandwiches total?” and charged me for 3 nibblers plus and extra (over $9 total). I understand to price difference is small, but workers should be able to see and know the prices they are advertising (2 for $4 is on the app) as well as maintain a level of customer service.

Ordered a nibbler meal and got this. 2 of them were this amount of chicken and the third had about twice this amount. Spoke to a manager after I had already gotten home and settled, offered to make a second meal for me but I wasn’t about to get out again. Granted, she was very nice, and I’m sure she would have given me the meal, however this should never have happened in the first place. As someone who’s worked in kitchens, I would NEVER serve something this under portioned to a customer. Like just tell me you don’t have the chicken and it will be a minute. I understand drive thru times are important, but this is unacceptable. The bits were extremely tough as well. Basically I had bread with sauce. I’ll still be back, hopefully not with this experience again.

This is a really solid Zaxby’s. The food is always good and fresh, and I have never had any issues with them forgetting sauces or extra sides. They are polite and I have never had a bad experience. Sometimes I feel like they do skimp on the fries a little bit, but that seems to be a company wide issue, not just this location. I eat here all the time, and I love it.

Have eaten here several times before and was very pleased. My last visit was nothing like the others. The dining area was trashed, dirty floors littered with used napkins needed sweeping and mopping and no clean table or booth.
I ordered the shrimp meal (I guess I should have stayed with chicken). Shrimp was small and the seasoned batter (not breading) left a lot to be desired. The service was prompt, but the meal appeared tossed on the plate.
I realize it’s fast food. But, this trip was missing something.
Staff was friendly enough, but someone should have left the counter and cleaned the dining area for about 15 minutes. I was the only person dining in the entire time I was there and only two cars came through the drive through.
This location needs a good bit of work to get back into what it used to be.
