I go to the opelika store fairly regularly and 1 of the young ladies in there working showed me exceptional customer service this morning. Her name is “Baby”, she remembered that I don’t eat pork and told her coworker that, so they didn’t put in on my plate and mess up my food. I really appreciate that she took time to remember that about me. On top of the singing and smiling she was doing while working. 10 out of 10 employee right there. Keep up the good work and keep on shining

Today I had the please of purchasing breakfast for my office this morning! Upon entering the restaurant I was properly greeted. Miss Ty also was patient with my long or and very polite. She smiled the whole time and repeated my order back to me to ensure that it was correct. I will definitely be visiting the restaurant again!!!

By far the best Bojangle’s experience I have ever had. Was greeted when we entered and as we were leaving. Someone was even singing as they worked, not loud at all but pleasant and you could tell they were happy to be there. Everyone was friendly and the food was so hot it steamed up my glasses. We were passing through but will make sure to come back.

If you’re a truck driver, you better ask for a truck driver’s 15% discount, or they won’t give it to you and they need to clean their bathrooms, it looked horrible, the one they had operating but they will suggest an up sale sad

Had a mistake with a ck sandwich this morning. Manager was completely understanding when spoke to about food. He offered to make a fresh meal to replace mine. EVEN when I showed up 3 hrs late he still with a smile remade my food with no questions asked! Great job Ron!
