My first time trying American deli and i will definitely be back. Service was spot on, very informative and knowledgeable of the menu items. Food was hot and fresh and tasted great. Check this location out if yall get a chance.

The food was fantastic. The guy behind the counter did great at making me feel welcome. They do nickle and dime napkins which is a bit odd but other than that, everything else was was great. Food was very fresh and cooked correctly. New to the area and the best American Deli I’ve been to.

Atmosphere and SERVICE was so bad, I got out of character on a worker and I don’t even do that!!! I paid for extra sauce on my fries (.75 for both meals) ABSOLUTELY! Then I paid for more (.75 per meal) because he said he can’t give more than the low amount that he did. (Understandable!!!). Then I say oh yes blue cheese & ranch pls. He said you substituted the sauce already. I said no I did not, not the dipping sauce. I had to tell him that’s not how it works. Whatever. Just go to another American Deli on Saturday night when the man works. (Didn’t get his name). Has to do better!

First & My Last Time Visiting Here. Stop In Because I Was In The Area-Cashier Was Cool BUT I ASKED FOR SHRIMP FRIED RICE & I GUESS I CAN SAY THATS EXACTLY WHAT I I PAID MY HARD EARN MONEY AND THIS IS WHAT I GET STRAIGHT DIABOLICAL MAN CAN’T NOBODY EAT THIS 0 STARS. When I tell you they have bad customer service here! That’s an understatement! When we walked in the lady at the register rolled her eyes at me and my pregnant wife. She was very disrespectful and sarcastic and her tone was very confrontational! It’s not the cooks it’s the two young lady’s upfront who are very unprofessional and using a lot of profanity. They need to be fired! My woman is pregnant and almost went off on her but we kept our composure and decided to leave this review!

After Ordering from here through Door Dash I spent over $50 and did not get the extra items I was charged for and drinks. When trying to reach out, they do not answer and there is no way to get in touch with the business to leave a message. I can write a letter if need be but have no info for that either
