Lovely Thai restaurant a short stroll from the centre of Bendigo. Located in an old Federation house, the restaurant has a lot of character. The staff are helpful and very friendly. The food was excellent and the serving sizes were very generous. Well worth a visit.

Thanks a lot to all the staff and especially the chef, although the kitchen was supposed to open 15min later but the chef kindly started cooking, because my train was leaving. I ordered beef yellow curry and rice which was made very quickly and it was very tasty the customer service was above expectation I really appreciate it

Came in for lunch and had an amazing chicken green curry. Tasted super fresh and came out quite quickly.
The menu looked like it had a vast variety of options and the staff member serving me was really polite and welcoming.
Lunch prices were really reasonable so will definitely return here next time I’m in town.

Great service, great food! Thank you! Staff are consistently friendly, attentive and professional. Very accommodating for my funky dietary needs (low FODMAPS). I can highly recommend the pad Thai and the pad see ew noodle dishes.

My meal was so awful I could not eat it. Im a regular dine-in customer but this meal was way way below standard. Had it been served to me at their table, I would have sent it back to the kitchen.
Did not come close to resembling ‘proper’ Roti bread and Chicken Pad Thai. Sack the cook.

What a delight! I’m not sure if it’s changed hands but our visit to Piyawat last week did not disappoint. The food was excellent with generous portions. The waitresses were lovely and price’s good

Fantastic Thai food and excellent service! The setting is beautiful in a heritage house with lovely alfresco area. Every dish was full of flavour and beautifully presented. Great local wine selection too, perfect with the meal. Highly recommend Piyawat Thai.

I recently ordered takeaway from this Thai restaurant in Bendigo and was really impressed. I got the chicken fried rice and chicken cashew nut stir fry, both made spicy just as I requested — and they nailed it! The food was full of flavour, the spice level was spot on, and the service was friendly and efficient. I’d be happy to go back again.
