We had such a wonderful experience at Cracker Barrel today thanks to our amazing server, Charisma. From the moment we sat down, she was warm, attentive, and made us feel right at home. She kept our drinks filled, made sure our meals came out just the way we ordered, and checked in often without ever making us feel rushed.
Charisma truly lives up to her name—she has such a friendly, positive energy that made our whole family’s visit extra special. We’ll definitely be asking for her again next time we come in!

Happy Thanksgiving! Went in and placed to go order around 11:15am. Browsed store, paid for food. This store did something unique to handle crowds during the holiday. They had customers go around to the back of building to pick up their To-Go orders. Very quick service with the “car line”. I have ordered at other stores during the Holidays and this store made the wait much shorter and more efficient.

I recieved my food and it had a dead roach on it. I use to eat here all the time now I’m hesitant. So sad about this. They did reimburse me & made sure I was pleased with outcome.
Update!!! I went to the restaurant in person and was given complimentary service for my issue. The food was great! No unwanted insects ! And costumer service was great! I truly appreciate them for correcting this huge issue! Not sure where the roach came from as the food was via DoorDash. But the restaurant was clean from my inspection. And the food was amazing!

Shay was awesome! The guy at the front was nice too, but I didn’t catch his name. I got this super cute, soft, cuddly Highland cow for $16.99! I love him. His name is Angus, like the one in the movie Ferdinand. I also got some candy that was good.

When I go to cracker barrel, I expect consistency and predictability when it comes to the food. All day quality breakfast items, good specials, and good coffee.
This location provided exactly that. The fried breakfast with country fried steak was incredible, the coffee was good and the service was excellent.
Definitely a good place to stop on a long drive, and the store keeps children entertained when you go in and out.

I had a great time dining here today. Cici was my server and she did AMAZING! Very attentive and thinks ahead for her guests. Will definitely return and request her. She’s one of the best servers out there! Food was great I had the daily special the turkey and dressing and it did not disappoint. Definitely recommend!!

We got sat quickly for our party of 13 probably die to it being super bowl Sunday. Service started out good drinks and food ordered after waitresses put orders in they came back a few times to tell us they were out of hamburger for the breakfast burger then came back out and told us they were out of Mac n Cheese food came out after everyone that needed to.changed their order and it was med to cold temp bake potato I hade was barley eatable and green beans were not cooked all the way others stated their food was mediocre.i spent over 200 for food that was less than acceptable and for a restaurant that wasn’t prepared for their day. Manager didnt offer to fix it and definitely didnt offer to discount servers were good at their job but cooks and management not so good.

I had a absolute amazing time here and my server gave me the best service out of anyone I have ever had as a server at this establishment. My servers name is Adrianne Welch, she was checking on us regularly, she was very kind and patient with us, and when I couldn’t decide what to get she listed her personal favorite items there which she didn’t have to do. When our meal came to an end our server didnt try to kick us out like that usually do instead she told us to take our time and we had a great conversation. Thank you for your hospitality and please make sure she get my appreciation, and whenever I come to your establishment I will be making sure she is my server everytime.

Great food and service and kind staff. Good prices and lots of parking once you find the back entrance. Best of all and free refills on warmer sausage gravy than the first round but I went after 1pm and before 3pm. Sausage patties were mehhh. Biscuits were good!
