If you are looking for a life changing CRISPY TACO…look no further. Decided to try this restaurant on Friday we had a chimichanga with ground beef, a steak burrito and 1 crispy taco with shredded beef. The presentation was great. But the ground beef and steak were dry. However, the shredded beef taco was the bomb!
They said they marinated the meat for 3 days. We wondered was this an anomaly? So we had shredded beef crispy tacos for lunch the next day. Sure enough they were life changing:) The flavor of the meat is fantastic.
This restaurant is very low key with an authentic Mexico vibe. The staff are as sweet as they can be…BRAVO THANK YOU:)

Do not order this place via a delivery service. It was absolutely trash. I ordered 3 meals. Nothing at all came correct. More importantly the Gorditas we all ordered had nothing in them but steak. It didn’t have any lettuce or tomatoes. Worst part is no salsa was provided for the extremely dry food. 3 meals and No salsa at all? Not even one? Not even a lime. A severe waste of money.

We came for a Taco Tuesday last week, as we frequent many places in Olathe for taco specials. We were greeted and sat at a table. We decided to take our order to go. We ordered 8 tacos and 2 margaritas with a double shot of tequila. When I went to pay, I noticed the tab was a lot higher than I had calculated. I used the kiosk to go through the order totals and noticed 2 things. We were charged the full drink price for an extra shot in the margaritas and the subtotal did not add up. We let the cashier know it was not adding up. I attached the receipt…Does it add up to you?
The process of getting our money back
The cashier had to call the manager to give us a refund. The manager suggested that I pay another payment of the corrected price and they would then be able to refund my money in full from the previous transaction. I let them know that I would absolutely not be making another payment to compensate their error. We were told the manager was not available at that time and would fix it the next day. As soon as we left, the manager notified the cashier that she could not refund the card due to her pos system and we would need to come back in. Imagine by now our food is untouched and not quite piping hot. We suggest that they give us a cash payment and leave the pos system alone to be fixed on their own time.

My husband ordered take out from here. The food is very expensive and you get very small portions. Not only are the portions very small it it’s old! The food looks like it has been sitting out for days! I called the restaurant, they wouldn’t help me… took my number said a manager will call but they won’t… I wish I could give it no stars!! Don’t waste your money on this place

service was great! Waitress was friendly. Food came out quick but we got it early before lunch rush. Restaurant was clean. Lots of TVs so it’ll be a good place to hangout and watch a game. Food was delicious . Parking is okay . Definitely recommend this place.

This place is an authentic restaurant with great food and service. On Tuesdays they have $1.00 tacos. This has become one of my favorite spots for breakfast. I would definitely recommend this place.

A hidden gem. The menu is in Spanish and English. This is very authentic Mexican food. Not a hybrid tex- mex Taco Bell type establishment. They have videos and music in Spanish playing in the background. The service is excellent. If you love Fiesta dinnerware, they do too as one of our orders was on a lemongrass platter.

Very nice staff, reasonable prices, but they don’t speak much English. Not an issue at all, just be aware and be ready to look up stuff if you aren’t sure what a menu item is.
