Staff is warm and friendly and are attentive quick and prompt. Food wise they are pretty good. Price is oNly the high side but there’s quality in their food and offering. Location is within a really short walk from the San Croce Basilica. Overall experience was fantastic. Worth a try.

Great fiorentina bistecca, very well prepared, the “fagioli alla ucelletto” bean side dish was so good it almost overtaken the steak. Very nice service, at first it might appear as a tourist trap because of the famous wine window that bumps up the stars but it’s legit.

We had a pretty bad experience here, the onion soup was very watery and tasteless, the steak had little taste to it and the pasta portion was very small. The waiters were unattentive as well and we had a hard time communicating with them. Do not recommend this place despite the high reviews.
