I could not have been more impressed! A friend who’s more familiar with Firehouse Subs suggested we grab lunch there and I said sure.
We walked in and were warmly and sincerely greeted by every staff member we could see. And it wasn’t just for show–I paid attention to the way they spoke to each other and their manager or shift lead, and there was SUCH respect for each other. It seemed like a really positive workplace, and that makes for a positive customer experience.
I ordered the veggie sub on wheat. I loved that I didn’t have to specify each ingredient–it came the way it came and it was better than I could have made it. And I love that the veggies were grilled, not just piled raw on bread (lookin’ at you, Subway!). Also, they had sugar-free cherry limeade! I drink diet sodas and I’m so tired of Diet Coke/Pepsi and no other options.
The staff checked on us throughout. The whole store was spotless and well-stocked. Every customer was treated with kindness. Their restrooms are super accessible, with grab bars and hooks at lower heights. I will definitely be going back!

It’s been 30 minutes since my online order and they only started making it when I asked for a refund.
I’ve never seen people make sandwiches so slowly.
It took over 30 minutes, the sandwich was made with the wrong toppings. The bag, boxes, and Mac n cheese container were covered in sauce from the meatballs. It was gross.
I’ll be contacting management for a refund. Worst experience in ages!

This location is horrible. I ordered a veggie sandwich on the app for a pickup and this is what I got. This is not what the menu describes AT ALL. It’s honestly laughable how they put huge chunks like this on it and it’s missing several things that it’s to come with such as caramelized onions. Don’t come here if you’re in a hurry either, you always have to wait at least 15 minutes for a pickup while they make it with you standing there. I thought the point of a pickup was so it’s ready to grab when you arrive at the given time, but not at this location.
UPDATE:
I called and they remade the sandwich. More like what the menu describes this time, but does not change the disappointment from the first time. Does not change my statement about the wait time, as the past 3 times were the same.

I am more than willing to spend $15 on a decent sandwich. I’ve never been to this location and the negative reviews are accurate. The workers were nice, but we waited 45 minutes and there was literally one slice of meat on each sandwich and they forgot every vegetable I asked for. For this price I could go to a sit down restaurant.

Food was great. Service was ok. My party was told that our food would be brought out to us. Based off how everyone else who was dinning in that seem to be the routine. But when our food was ready they called us to the counter to pick it up, ok no big deal except the next order up was taken out the the guest table. Upon looking around we noticed we were the only non-caucasian party.

I ordered macaroni and cheese a large meatball sub and Doritos it was way overpriced and the meatballs were gross it’s about double the price you would pay at Subway and subways quality is much better I don’t think I will ever eat here again I’m almost disgusted with the amount I paid and the quality I received. update I tried them again and this time it was incredible the food was amazing it was fresh you can tell that use great ingredients it was a total one-eighty from the time before much much improved.

If you like Firehouse Subs, don’t go to this one, especially during lunch hour. I went here on 3/31 and there was one person working at 12:40pm on a Friday. It makes no logical sense for a manager to schedule anyone that way. I ordered a sandwich at 12:25 and by 12:50pm, I had been waiting in there for 10 minutes, and my sandwich hadn’t been started yet. I asked them to cancel the order. It shouldn’t take any chain sandwich restaurant upwards of 30 minutes to make 1 hot sandwich. I was one of 3 people waiting, so it wasn’t incredibly busy. There is just no sense of urgency for anything at this place. They make sandwiches at a speed like they are making themselves a sandwich at home. I don’t blame the employee 100%, I blame the manager for having that poor employee work alone on a Friday lunch by herself.

Update: Is guest services really relaying these complaints to corporate? All of these bad reviews are about the same things, and they go back approximately one year. Was there a change in management at that time? Probably so because I used to love this location. There is a serious management issue here. You can tell these kids are not trained. There is no reason that I should be leaving out with a sandwich an hour after I placed the order. Guest services may be sorry to hear about our experiences, but they should be sorry nothing is being done about it.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. We ordered our food at 12:10pm. There were 3 employees working. There were 2 orders waiting ahead of us. While placing our order the employee taking our order stated they did not have any pickle spears. She took our order and we went and stood waiting for our order. Other patrons came up to ask how long before their order would be ready and were spoken to rudely by an employee with pink braids. A pick up order wasn’t complete when the driver came to pick up the order. He asked if it was ready and was told no and the employees acted like they didn’t know what he was talking about. The order was only partially complete. A few patrons walked in, saw everyone standing around waiting for their orders and turned around and left. The floor was sticky and dirty. Another patron ordered potato soup but wasn’t told they didn’t have any until their order was complete and he was offered chili instead. A half hour had passed and we were hungry so we opened the chips we purchased and ate them. Other patrons were getting aggravated with the wait. After they finally completed our order, 45 mins after we ordered it, the employee with the pink hair dropped a utensil on the floor and didn’t clear it. We will never visit this location again nor recommend it to anyone. This is by far the worst ‘fast’ food experience I have ever had. HORRIBLE service!
