We don’t have White Castle in CA, so it was my first time visiting the actual place vs. reheating their frozen burgers.
The wait time was unusually long for fast food joints like this – I waited around 15-20 minutes to get my order. And there were just like 2-3 visitors inside with almost all tables free.
The French fries that I got were somehow already stale – why then it took so long for my order to be prepared?

I was close by today and stopped in fir a few sliders. They were delicious. And the staff were friendly, helpful, and smiling. Nice lunch!

Meat was all dry and asked for extra mustard but put no mustard on it I thru all the food out so dry like the burgers were sitting on the grill all night. If I didn’t live 45 min from there I would have took them back. I always did love sliders. But may not be going back any longer. Sad

⭐️ 1 Star – Worst White Castle Experience Ever (Total Ripoff)
I stopped by the White Castle on Broadway in Nashville, TN tonight, and this was honestly one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve ever had. The food was overpriced and absolutely terrible — the sliders were bland, greasy, and barely edible. I’ve had White Castle before and this location doesn’t even come close to the quality you’d expect.
Here’s what I ordered:
4 × 1921 Sliders with Cheddar Cheese – $9.16
Bacon Add-On – $2.80
Triple Cheese Tots – $2.69
Subtotal: $14.65
Sales Tax (9.25%): $1.35
Total Paid: $16.00
For $16, I expected something at least halfway decent, but instead got the worst-tasting burgers on Earth. The sliders were soggy and flavorless, the tots were greasy, and the whole meal felt like a waste of money. This place is a ripoff — save yourself the disappointment and go literally anywhere else for a better meal.

I stopped by this White Castle in Tennessee, and while the wait to be acknowledged at the register was frustrating—especially since one of the team members appeared more focused on his phone—my experience was turned around by Johnthan. He was amazing! Courteous, professional, and even wished me blessings before I left. His customer service stood out and truly made a difference. As for the rest of the staff, based on what I observed (and you can see in the photo), it seemed like motivation was lacking. Still, kudos to Johnthan for being the bright spot in my visit!

First time at White Castle. Burgers are tasty and oddly perfect size. Yep, you need more than one but they are priced perfectly for ordering a lot. I will go back and try some more.

I was happy to come back here for the first time in three years. We ordered 1921 sliders, panko fish sliders and shrimp fries. The staff was absolutely frankly speaking but friendly. The food appearance were good, taste were good Many customers use this restaurant after live concert. I was just little bit scared to sit and eat inside at night.

Possibly thr best burger I’ve ever devoured, just thinking about the tender little White Castle burgers with those little, itty-bitty grilled onions that just explode in your mouth like flavor crystals every time you bite into one… aw enough to make a man go insane.
