Location ensures that the restaurant stays busy, I would guess. There were staff at the hostess stand, the one that was working assured us that we would only have to wait 20 minutes (2:00 PM on a Sunday) and we were notified are table was ready in 10 minutes. We ordered two of the signature burgers, one with onion rings. We received one grossly undercooked but the waitress took care of it immediately and they cooked a new burger to our satisfaction.
The burgers and fries were only average. The onion rings lacked flavor but were cooked well.

We have been here since Friday and wanted to try it! The location was great and every time we drove by it was packed so we would check another restaurant off our list. We are leaving tomorrow so decided to stop by for a late lunch/early dinner. The wait was 30 to 45 minutes and we were seated and greeted promptly. Everyone enjoyed their drinks, meals, and desserts! 10/10 would stop again.

This was our first time at one of these restaurants. There were many clever uses of Ford and automotive terms and memorabilia. From the menu items to the old cars, staff uniforms, down to the napkins (shop towels) with a hose clamp around them, it was a cool experience. Although it was busy we were able to sit right away at the bar. Our server was Fabian. He was perfect. We had ribs and cod fish. Everything was excellent. Recommend it to everyone, even Chevy and Mopar people.

Service was great and it’s a very charming, bustling vibe. Great beer selection. The burgers were cooked well, but the black and blue burger came with without blue cheese and the high octane came without guacamole. Not sure what was going on with that, but they were still really good, and they quickly gave us the extra “condiments“ to rectify. The onion rings were absolutely fantastic.

Our family’s favorite food place in Bradenton,FL this Ford vintage thematic place is perfect for dinner after a Regatta day. Excellent artisan beer selection, burger variety menu, all full dinner options for the whole family preferences. You can see the assembly line (kitchen ). The music was exceptional, rock’n roll, blues, country, pop, all classics. The service was on time so kind and very professional. The rest area (restrooms) is very authentic with wheels, tires and beer barrels.

We had called ahead about 15 min ahead of time to get a table for 11. There was no wait but also not a guaranteed reservation. It’s more of a secure place in line call ahead if they do go on a wait. We only waited about 5 min while they put our table together.
Our server was Rylee and she was very friendly and attentive. Quite the hustler too which I appreciate.

• BBQ Pork Ribs Full $29.50
• Black N Bleu Burger $17.50
• Ford’s Signature Burger $17.50
• 8oz Sirloin $24.99
• 12oz New York Strip $30.99
I ordered the Black & Bleu Burger with blue cheese and caramelized onions. For my side, I got the sweet potato fries. My meal was yummy and hit the spot. Burger was cooked at medium temp and perfect”6 juicy. I was debating between this and the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, Rylee said the Black & Bleu is better so that’s what I went with. It was a tasty burger. A big burger so I only ate half and took the other half home.
Ribs were decent but I don’t love BBQ food either, unless it’s stellar. The ribs looked dry, I tried some and it was just ok. I noticed the steaks were pretty small and meh for the price point. Steaks and fries were all over seasoned and salty. I wish I took a picture of my daughter’s steak where she literally had to scrub off the seasoning on her steak and it was not pretty. Ha.
Overall, the place is cool and I think certain food items are good but I wouldn’t personally order a steak here. My burger was great, so no complaints. But for our family of 7, it was pricey!
