Drake’s Dealership is a full-service restaurant with 32 beers on tap. This classic brick building on Oakland’s historic Broadway Auto Row was once the sales and service department of an old Dodge Dealership. The crown jewel of the beautiful space is a grand open-air beer garden, featuring fire pits and Adirondack seating. Enjoy a wood-fired pizza and sample our fresh beer, brewed in the East Bay.

Drake’s Dealership absolutely nails it. The indoor design is stylish and welcoming, and the cozy beer garden in the center is the kind of space that makes you want to stay longer than planned. It feels lively without being overwhelming, well thought out and executed.
Big practical plus: they have gated parking and they validate the ticket. That alone removes a lot of Oakland stress.
Service was outstanding and lightning fast. Multiple staff members delivered our food in under 10 minutes from ordering, which is impressive for a place this busy. The beer selection is excellent – fresh, well-curated, and there’s something for every taste.
The finger food menu is done right. Everything we tried was solid and satisfying, no weak spots to call out, well, nothing stood out, which honestly says a lot for the place it is.
Bottom line: great space, great beer, fast service, and zero disappointments. This is absolutely a returning spot.

Atmosphere? Amazing. Service? Incredible. Food? Outstanding. One of my favorite places I’ve been to in all of Oakland. The menu is diverse without being overwhelming, the beer selections are great, cocktails are delicious, and prices are very fair. 10/10.

Alongside the beer, the food is equally enjoyable. Tacos, Brussels sprouts and Tandoori Chicken Pizza (with extra tandoori sauce) are true crowd pleasers.

If I lived near here I’d be hanging out every night on the patio! The winter salad with a lentil burger was super good. The Brussel sprouts were so acidic as to be almost inedible and other foods seemed to be leaning that way too. My friend said: someone in the kitchen is loving their sour flavors!

Classic hangout spot in Oakland! We were a party of three and snagged a nice quiet table outside before it got too busy. Qr codes on the table make it easy to order, and there are staff waiting on tables as well.
Fantastic beer selection. I got the cherry cider and my friend got the pomegranate cider. Both were delicious and refreshing. For food, I ordered the mushroom banh mi. Tasty and okay. Mushrooms were well seasoned. I felt that I was still a little hungry after, and it was priced rather high.

The outdoor patio is the real star here—huge space, fire pits, and a great vibe. The beer selection is top-notch, tons of local options. Pizza was solid, but nothing mind-blowing. Service was hit or miss, depends on how busy they are. Still, a great spot to chill with friends over drinks.

Lovely place, reasonably priced, has a cozy atmosphere and good food for a crowd. For people with celiac disease, the fries are cooked in a dedicated fryer and so are fully gluten free. The Brussel sprouts are GF and the soup of the day can also be gluten free. There are not many other GF food choices, and I have not tried them all.
