It’s Wendy’s lol They’ve only ever messed up one item from one order in all the time I’ve been here. They’re fast enough. They don’t try to sell me stuff i don’t want. And I like their Wednesday mech and their charity that promotes adoption.

Slow pathetic service stood in line for 15 minutes to be waited on in an empty restaurant. Only one person alternating between drive through and front counter and they are walking slow as a turtle.

I’ve been going to this place since the 80s when it opened. I’ve yet to have an order go smoothly. It must be something in the culture. The latest visit was no different. Problem with using a coupon, stickey floor and somewhat messy. I’ll give them another shot… next year.

I don’t leave reviews often but I come here a lot on my lunch break from Papa John’s and these guys are great. Food is always fast and fresh and the staff are smiling and giving great customer service. I’m always getting my free JR frosty with my keychain!

Every time we go, the parking lot is always empty, and there never seems to be a wait in the drive-thru. If there is another ahead of us, it’s only been 1-2 cars.
Even when there are no cars behind us, getting the order always takes forever, They always ask us to park next to the drive-thru in the bank parking lot instead of pulling around to the other side to their parking lot, which makes absolutely no sense, especially when there’s nobody behind us.
There have been several times I have ordered a single bowl of chili and come to discover after they have repeated the order back to me the same way I give it to them, and then say pull around without giving me the total. Then they always upcharge me for 2-4 bowls of chili and putting those extra bowls under the rest of the food order so it’s not discovered until either my husband gets home with the order that he stops to place and get on his way home, or when I go to get it and can’t really double check it due to young kids in the back usually having tantrums or fighting and complaining by the time we get to the pickup window.
Every time we order drinks, we say “lite ice”. When we get our drinks, they are always 3/4 filed of ice, regardless of what size cup it is.

The store look newly renovated, and everything looked very clean, when I walked in, no one was behind the counter, I called out several times no answer from anybody. Finally an employee stepped out of the restroom as I was about to walk out and took my order, the meat Patty on the burger was not fresh, taste it dry and stale probably been sitting around for hours if not longer. Definitely a far cry from years past, these days you just paid more for lousy service and bad food.
