First let me say, that it was mine and my husband 13th wedding anniversary, waited 20 minutes to get our drinks. And had another issue, but all was handled thanks again for everything! Eric our sever was absolutely amazing can’t wait to go again!

From the moment we walked in and were greeted by the wonderful Regina our experience was the best. We asked to be seated a little secluded if possible because I have anxiety in crowds. She never hesitated and brought us to the most perfect table for me. She was so kind. Our lovely server Shelby S. was amazing, very attentive and understanding. She was an absolute breath of fresh air and a delightful person. Now, the food ..OMG…The CHEF Joe…The absolute BEST steak I’ve had in 20 years or better. Cooked to perfection, seasoned perfectly…just perfect. If Joe is cooking, I will order a steak every visit. Everyone there today deserves a raise. It was the most enjoyable experience I have had in any restaurant in a long time. Great job, you all were amazing.

Food was good too. Delicious and satiating. Large portions at a great price. Didn’t feel rushed and thoroughly enjoyed our experience here.

Very friendly staff, great service, BUT among the drinks we order was one watermelon margarita and it came without the salt that it was supposed to have on the top of the glass and the biggest negative of our experience at that restaurant was the fact that the washroom wasn’t clean and there was no way to dry our hands iafter washing, so i had to dry them at the table. Overall, we had a good time but next time out this restaurant would be a second choise.

I love Cheddars. I got familiar with the Sanford location originally. I really enjoy the ambience and the food. I got the Monte Cristo and it was perfect and very large. Service was quick and friendly. I couldn’t’ have been more pleased. I have also had take out and service and food is always great.

I think this place has the potential for 5 star but we were there on New Year’s day. Which in my experience in retail/restaurants is national callout day.
That aside, we were trying to get my in laws to try some new places and Cheddar’s looked right up their alley(they like Cracker Barrel but have had some bad experiences lately). We checked out the menu online and they were down.
Our wait was long and this was after we had reserved online. Again, staffing issues on New Year’s. Once we got seated our server was great and basically saved our entire evening she explained the staffing and timing issues and apologized multiple times.
We were looking forward to onion rings….they were out. They did have drink specials whoch are 100% worth it. The food we were able to get was very enjoyable but the dessert was too sweet/rich for the table so we ended up taking it home.
The best part of the service was that our server found my father in law and walked him back to us from the bathroom which was pretty far away. He does have trouble getting around so we will always remember her doing that.
All in all, the in-laws found a new place and have been back a few times since we visited around the holidays. We look forward to visiting this one and maybe looking around our area back home.

Today’s experience was absolutely terrible. We arrived, were seated quickly, ordered, and one of the dishes took 25 minutes longer than the others. When we asked the waitress about it, she responded rudely. (As if that wasn’t enough, she never brought napkins or straws.) I always go to Cheddar’s and have never had a bad experience, but today was awful! I definitely won’t be returning to this place, and I certainly won’t recommend it.

We usually order the bone-in ribeye cooked medium-rare, and it’s consistently a great value for the price. The steak is well-seasoned, juicy, and cooked just right every time we’ve had it.
Service has always been friendly and attentive, which makes the experience even better. The drink specials are excellent—we regularly get Bud Light drafts for $2.99, and their cocktail deals are hard to beat for a casual night out.
Overall, it’s one of our go-to spots for a solid steak, good service, and unbeatable drink prices. We keep coming back.
