We ordered the Honey Lemon Chicken via Uber Eats, which was described as battered chicken in tangy lemon and honey sauce, served with crispy kumara slices, fresh salad, and steamed jasmine rice.
What we received was disappointing: just chicken, soggy kumara fries, a warm, wilted salad, and no rice at all. The kumara was more like limp sweet potato fries than anything crispy, and without the rice, the meal felt incomplete and unbalanced.
We paid $30.90 for this (plus uber eat fees), which felt like a total rip-off given the poor quality and missing items.
To make matters worse, I called the restaurant to ask about it and the attendant was unhelpful and very hard to understand, which made the situation even more frustrating. Overall, a really poor experience.
