We ordered from the drive-thru so I cannot comment on the atmosphere. I really enjoyed my Chicago dog and fries. I don’t normally order milkshakes anymore but they had a seasonal candy cane milkshake that I had to try. It was delicious! I stayed safe and had vanilla ice cream as my base but if I have a chance to go back before leaving the area, I want to try chocolate cake as my base.

First time at this chain. We arrived at 7pm on Sunday and to my surprise, it was empty. The place is huge with so many different type of food that it was kind of confusing for a first timer. We decided to use the kiosk to place our order. We had 10 people in our group so the kiosk was a good choice. There’s really nothing special about the menu. It seemed like a coney island place except this is much larger inside with a bit more offerings. I did notice a plant based hot dog with no real meat. I ordered it, tried it, and liked it a lot. That was unexpected. I couldn’t tell that was a veggie hot dog. The rest of the group ordered different items. The food was fine except for the onion rings. They were too greasy and the onions were very thin strips definitely not recommended. Overall, the experience is fair. This place is just a hot dog and burger place nothing too special, but it’s good for large groups. Oh by the way, there wasn’t any service. You order, you eat, and you clean up afterwards.

I tried the Chicago-style dog and it was absolutely delicious! The flavors were spot on, and the peppers packed some serious heat—but that’s exactly how I like it. Just a fair warning if you’re not into spicy! Everything was fresh and tasty, and we’ll definitely be back for more.

The Italian beef was truly yummy! The seasoning is really something special. We also shared a huge chopped salad. Nothing exotic but a great basic salad with many delicious add ins. Nice counter staff too!

Beautiful clean restaurant with lots of classic food options — dogs burgers chicken etc. I had the signature Italian beef sandwich. I found it to be greasy and sloppy. The taste was bland and mostly carried by the peppers. Fries and onion rings were delicious. Fast service

I normally don’t like leaving reviews unless it’s something good, but I just spent the last 20 minutes picking brown lettuce out of my salad. All said and done over half of the lettuce was wilted, brown and inedible. Please use fresh lettuce!
