Visited on Nov. 2 around 1:45 PM. We ordered a six-pack of cookies and one was wrong. We politely went back in to get it corrected, but Izzy snatched the box from us in front of our 6-year-old and tossed the cookie away before replacing it. Very rude and unprofessional. Cookies were good, but the service needs serious improvement. 6 cookies for $20, Not the experience we expected for the price. Hoping management addresses this. Izzy hope you find a better attitude.

They make the orders with such passion and enthusiasm.
The big guys at the front desk are hilarious they always people’s day and make you laugh without trying.

The store has a nice Mum & Pop feel to it.

Insomnia cookies used to be good fresh cookies.. now it’s just cold hard cookies. This time, my box of cookies came with one that looked like someone took a small bite out off. The ice cream and cookie dough was disappointing.. even store bought ones taste better. Really miss the quality cookies I used to get here. Not worth the price.

Very disappointing. I paid $30 for 3 small cookies a tiny hard brownie and a cup of ice cream. I’ve received ranch portions bigger than my ice cream cup. I was 3 minutes late ordering from crumbl, so I thought I would try another place. I can’t believe I wasted my money and received half the product I would have somewhere else. Do not recommend.

No one ever told me these come warm! Tastes so good freshly made. I like how you can pay $3 to have each cookie individually wrapped as we have allergies in our family. I’ll be back for more to give out for Xmas. Like their Facebook page as they have deals frequently posted.
