Hendersonville…This is the absolute most authentic Cajun food in North Carolina!! Phenomenal gumbo that you dream about…boudin and crawfish etouffee that’s so rich and flavorful it should be a sin to eat!! If you haven’t tried Adairs, you’re missing out!!
