Review The food at Popeye Luciana’s Kitchen was average in taste—nothing particularly stood out. However, the service was impressively quick, which was a plus. They offer a variety of dishes with multiple options to choose from, but the prices were on the higher side compared to other similar places. If you value speed and variety over affordability and flavor, it might be worth a try.

Top of the screen says combo comes with side, biscuit and drink. We ordered number 1 sandwich and number 2 combo. Came without a biscuit, when I asked for it, they told me it was written, and they showed me, at the bottom of the second column EXCEPT COMBO 1 AND 2! Why was it written on top of combo 1 and 2 if it was not included??? It should have been written below combo 1 and 2, for the other combos! And why was the exception written, small print, at the very end of the second column??? It felt very dishonest and I shall never order there again

I opened my mashed potatoes and they look like they were half eaten prior to me receiving them. I guess an employee said “I don’t want the rest of these mashed potatoes” and proceeded to put them in my bag. I also didn’t get a biscuit with my combo meal here, as other reviewers have expressed as well. At any other location the meal comes with it. The drive through employee also disregarded my thanks as he handed me my food. I don’t think service can get any worse than this. Congratulations to Popeyes in Hanover, MD for being the one to set a new standard in mediocracy. Oh well, at least any other place on earth will feel like a 5 star restaurant now.

Just got a mouthful of hair after biting into my Cajun fries. I took it up to the counter but was just ignored. Total loss of appetite. Originally ordered on app, waited at counter for it to be ready, and then when they called my number they didn’t have the drink ready and gestured to the guy at the drink dispenser.
