Best catering and reasonable costs. Mad Mule is our favorite salad and sandwich wrap restaurant in Cochise County. They provided a full salad bar and sandwiches for our event. There was enough food for 40 as well as coffee, lemonade and tea. Everything was delivered and set up professionally before our event. The coffee was so hot upon arrival, that even hours later it was still hot. The honey lime dressing was a favorite. Then they came back, cleaned up and took everything away afterwards. They let us keep the left over dressings in their containers. It was the best value for full service catering I have ever had. The food was just as excellent as when we order online and pick up! You absolutely need to use Mad Mule for your next event.

A wonderful little healthy lunch spot! We are out of towners and stopped on a road trip. Ordered a wrap, salad, and coffee online 15 min ahead of our arrival and it was ready for pickup. Great service. Ingredients were high quality. Even the paper bag, plastic fork, napkins etc were nice. Reasonable prices too. Only request is for some kid-friendly options on the menu like simple white bread pb&j, grilled cheese, or ham and cheese sandwich. Ham and cheese croissant was listed on the menu but out of stock so we ended up grabbing McDonald’s for our young ones. Ha!

Mad Mule Coffee has really good coffee — the flavor is rich and smooth, and I can see why people line up here. That said, the lines are long, and the wait can feel frustrating. When I finally got to the window, my order was taken but still came out wrong even after I repeated it. I also asked for whipped cream on my hot coffee and was told they couldn’t do it, which felt a little disappointing.

Overall, the coffee itself is worth it, but the service and consistency could definitely use some improvement.

Ok….. to start there is No Real Coffeehouse in Benson AZ. The Mule is a drive-thru coffee shack. One can walk up to a window but the only place to sit is under a tree with a old phone reel for a table. Everyone was very nice, it’s the local female cop hangout.
Just don’t expect to relax in a coffeehouse with A/C, WiFi and some people watching, it ain’t happening here. Coffee is fine it’s in a paper cup just like 7/11.
I will visit again, but only because Benson has no real Hippie-Dippie CoffeeHouse to spend money at.
Oh….. yes the Mule is very Dog Friendly, great trees!

Fast, friendly, and consistently amazing—this drive-thru is a hidden gem. The coffee is always on point, the baristas are the kindest around, and every visit feels like a little boost of joy. Great drinks, great vibes, no need to get out of the car. ☕️

Bring back outside music though…

Based on Google reviews, we jumped off the I10 to grab coffee here this morning. So glad we did. Great coffee at great prices. We had Breve coffees and a chocolate caramel muffin. Wish we’d ordered the cup of chocolate covered espresso beans because the little sample bean on top of our coffee was TO DIE FOR!

I was absolutely obsessed with this place when I first started going here at the beginning of the year. I have a second night shift job in benson so I travel there a couple times a week in the mornings when I get off. The ham and Swiss panini has been my staple I always get it. It’s always cooked, it’s always made perfect and is just amazing. As for drinks I first started getting different ones to try out. At first they were pretty good but as time went on they became less desirable… The smoothies would have big ice chunks at the bottom. The chai was either really good or very heavy handed on the syrup I couldn’t finish it a lot of the time just because it was too strong. I never go back and ask for another because I usually just go straight from the drive through back onto the highway back home. But these past couple weeks have been awful! Like I don’t know why it’s always someone new serving me so I am usually like oh ok this time will be better. But the chai have been getting stronger and the smoothies more on the underblended side and also a little stronger and the one thing that never disappointed me the ham and Swiss panini was my final straw I was so sad the past week it was at least cooked? Just kinda cold… This week when i opened my foil wrapper it wasn’t cooked at all just some break and a slice of cheese and ham and I was so hungry too I always look forward to it after work. So I couldn’t turn around I was already on the highway and had to go home for my other job. I really wanted to leave this company a good review because they have really great food and drinks I don’t know what happens to it though. The prices aren’t too bad service is always great. Time is a little on the slower side but understandable because there’s always a line. I hope this finds someone who can make sure the drinks and food stay consistent.

One more little observation and one I don’t really want to accuse or point fingers. When I go to pay with a card they almost never let me leave a tip when at other places I can always leave a tip. They just either take the card and do all the steps themselves and never leave a tip or they take the machine back before I can click the tip option which usually in restaurants means that they don’t get the card tips and only cash tips which is really sad and so if I carry cash which I never do I’ll try to leave some.

#1- I gave 5 stars for atmosphere because this is a DRIVE THRU coffee stand (extremely rare in these parts), and it is CUTE!
Downside: 1) There are two drive-up windows but they are painted over- probably to keep the sun out. To ME, however, the place looks closed. I feel awkward.
2) My “mocha” did not taste like a mocha. I ended up taking only a couple of sips – far down the highway.
Plus: Service isn’t fast, but the two times I have ordered from here, both ladies were friendly.
Their menu, which I have yet to order from, offers SALADS-with lots of options! (I plan to try one.) Also, avocado bagel, a breakfast sandwich ( I think), and a few other things.
I will go back, but will ask them to add chocolate to my mocha.
