This particular Golden Corral is not what it used to be. We were there on a Monday evening. The pot roast was not near as tender as it used to be, with little sauce/drippings I love to spoon over the meat. My husband wanted vanilla ice cream with his peach cobbler, however, both machines were down…only liquid cream came out of the spout. There wasn’t any note on the machines stating they were out of order. He was very disappointed about that. For what we are charged now for a meal there, I expect much better quality. I think we will, from now on, patronize the Golden Corral in Nampa. I will say, however, that our server, Izhar O would get 10 stars if I could give that rating to her. Very friendly and saw to it that our beverages were refilled.

5 stars all the way! Our waiter was Mark. He was absolutely amazing and sweet. Interacted very well with our little girl and was on top of it with refills. Next time we go hopefully we will get him as a waiter again! Will definitely be returning!

The service was terrible. Most of the food stations were empty, lacked variety, and weren’t restocked promptly. When you complained to the staff, they treated you with a bad attitude. The service was awful, but when it came to taking your money, they smiled. The managers were nowhere to be seen. The waitresses didn’t clear the tables because they were stuck in the kitchen, which I don’t know why they weren’t restocking the stations. The plates and glasses piled up, and the waitresses didn’t do a thing. The bathrooms were disgusting and smelled terrible. The service was awful. I’ll be posting a video of my visit on YouTube soon so you can see for yourselves and draw your own conclusions.

45 dollars for my wife and I to eat a sit down dinner. ZERO STEAKS except for the .5 Oz 1/2 fat piece of meat you see in the picture. I understand that it is a Monday night but come on, if you are going to charge full price, put full price on the buffet. This was a 8 dollar a piece meal. Employees dancing around like the were on holiday. Bull crap! Golden Corral, YOU OWE ME AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER! RIDICULOUS

My waitress was a freakin Rockstar and your blackberry lemonade was good to but thats where it stops.
I dont know what was wrong in the 1 plate I ate but as soon as I got home I threw it right back up.
The food I had tasted old and just so so and for 32 dollars for my 7 year old and myself I was extremly disappointed and underwhelmed.
The food has gone down hill in the worst way and unless something changes my family and I won’t be coming back and I will not be recomend8ng this place the way I use to.
Again the waitress was the best, kind, happy, and very attentive.

There was 17 of us, excellent service and the food was great. One of the people on the bus left his cell phone there and we flipped around to go find it the waitress was standing in the parking lot waving us down , she went above and beyond to insure the student got his phone back!

I don’t normally enjoy buffet food, but this golden corral was amazing! I started at the carving station with a steak that was perfect medium rare and a bunch of sides. Followed by a second trip to carving station with a large slice of ham that didn’t disappoint. Only complaint was the mac and cheese which was way over cooked and mushy. My server that got my plates and drinks was awesome.

Apparently they was slammed and buffet was empty and took forever to restock! Guess food was not prepared in advance for a Saturday! No one came to the table for 20 mins of us sitting and waiting for the food to be restocked and had to go to cashier to get our drinks !! Probably should have a better game plan for “rush” times!
