Good service. The staff checks in on you if you need anything. I always come back for their house salad and fried meatballs. I have a new favorite, Roasted Brussels Sprouts(spicy vodka sauce, bacon and aioli). The restaurant is well kept.

Uploaded more photos. I still like the service and the food. The Calamari, I’ve had better from other restaurants. The steak is medium well(my daughter’s preference), so don’t say it’s burnt.

Food was ok. Margarita pizza was so so. Calamari over priced and not that good. Pasta e fagiole was tasty. Our server disappear several times. The atmosphere felt more like chain restaurant. Not warm, friendly and inviting. Was not impressed at all! Not coming back here. Gave it a three to be nice.

Pricey for what it is. With $16 cocktails and $20+ mini personal pizzas, it’s about 50% more expensive than local competitors like Colony Grill while being about on par (pizza is even a bit worse).

It’s nice, but it’s hard to convince people to go with me given the price/quality ratio.

We have been here 4 times now. The first visit was pizza and drinks which were great. The 2nd visit they had to comp our entire meal for 10 because it took over an hour to get our entrees. Other groups came in after us, got their meal and left. The server and manager came and said our meal would be out soon-and it still took 30 minutes more. But the food was very good.The 3rd visit, our pizza, the only item we ordered took 45 minutes in a half empty restaurant. We had to get it boxed to go or we would have been late to a concert. Last night, the food was poor. The Caesar was iceberg instead of romaine and the dressing was tasteless. The carrots were roasted well but were covered in a walnut crema we thought was again lacking in taste and there was too much of it which overpowered the carrots. The chicken cutlet was good.

I’ll never come back to this restaurant again. My mother couldn’t place an order over the phone because they now require all orders to be made through their new app. She couldn’t figure out how it worked, so I processed the order for her. I made a mistake and accidentally pressed okay. I tried to call and canceled my order after 30 seconds, but they said my pizza was already ready and off the grill. Who can make a pizza in 30 seconds? Never returning here. They are rude and have terrible customer service. This place is a scam.

I have used Fortina for my company lunches multiple times. I placed an order for almost $300 worth of food for my office. on Jan 28 for Jan 29 delivery. My office is less than a three minute drive from Fortina Rye Brook. The accepted the order for a 1230pm delivery the next day. The food was delivered 1 hour and 20 minutes LATE and it was COLD. When I let them know the said they were sorry. No offer for anything to make up for the horrible service and cold food. Please never frequent this restaurant.

First time there and I will be coming back! Ordered the whipped ricotta with lavender honey and truffle for an appetizer, AMAZING. Date ordered lemon bucatini. Simple but delicious. I ordered chicken Parm. I love the sauce, chicken cooked great, moist and crunchy edges. Dessert brown butter bread pudding . Service was great. We asked for a lot of suggestions and opinions on dishes and he was spot in and very attentive.

Wow! What great service to match the great food. Love that truffle pizza. To be honest, we stopped coming cause the service was “sporadic “ to say the least. Tried it today. What a difference! Manager Danny and all his team are amazing! Definitely coming back & bringing friends and family!!!!

Kyle, the new bartender, was amazing! He is a total asset the the entire Fortina crew! He made us feel comfortable, served us quickly, and was extremely professional. He made our experience at fortina amazing! Deserves to be upgraded to manager!
