I dined here on a Friday night with a reservation that the restaurant was flexible with, allowing us to shift times without issue. The atmosphere was very quiet and spacious—we were one of only a few tables being served, which made the experience feel calm and unrushed.

Customer service stood out. Lupe was great over the phone, and Rose was attentive and pleasant as our server. Our host, a lovely light-skinned woman, was especially helpful in keeping a birthday cake secured and refrigerated, which was greatly appreciated.

The bread was spectacular—slightly sweet, reminiscent of Texas Roadhouse, with a doughy, filling texture that was very enjoyable. The calamari was fried well and served in a generous portion.

I ordered the rigatoni alla vodka. While it was filling and decent, it wasn’t my favorite version of a vodka pasta. The flavor leaned more toward a baked-ziti style, with only hints of vodka sauce.

Desserts were a bit disappointing. The crème brûlée was not served at the proper temperature—the sugar shell was overly hardened and stuck to my teeth, and the custard layer was too thin for the shallow dish. A thicker crème layer might improve the balance. The butter cake had a tough, somewhat dry and chalky exterior. While the interior was soft and lightly sweet, it didn’t quite compare to other dessert options.

My companions enjoyed their meals, including the chicken parmesan, Caesar salad, fettuccine Alfredo, fettuccine Bolognese, the restaurant’s famous rigatoni, and the apple crostata. Drinks were described as well-presented and flavorful, though light on alcohol.

Other feedback shared included that the wagyu stuffed shells could have been flavorful. Also it and the lasagna could had a underwhelming portion.

Overall, the service and atmosphere were strong, with some standout items, though a few dishes and desserts could benefit from refinement.

We had a private party there about 5060 people birthday party and I have to say it was fantastic. My uncle turned 70 years old. All of its family and friends there. You should have seen that old man. He was really enjoying himself. The food was good. It did the family style and it just kept coming through course. Mill food just kept coming and also dessert, and we had a DJ. We partied, yeah, it was good. That was a good Saturday night out. So if you’re in the area and you’re thinking about going there, I took some photos, you can check out the place. I also have a menu that you can look at.The place is located in the mole type area and there’s all types of restaurants on that strip. So you have other choices to choose from. But you know, being from where I am.That’s where we went enjoy

I loved the atmosphere. The service was good. We had a large party and the waitress was very attentive. I was not impressed with my food. I ordered the Lobster Carbonara. It was a large portion of pasta and not much sauce. All of the food looked beautiful so maybe next time I will order something different. Overall great place and will visit again.

Ashley was our waitress and she was absolutely amazing, very attentive and I just love her personality. I’ve had her serve me during business dinners and also when I’ve come in with friends, and she’s consistently great every time.
The food was delicious! They recently changed their bread, which I’ll admit I wasn’t sure about at first… but it turned out to be absolutely delicious.
I truly love bringing people here. The restaurant is always clean, the staff is friendly, and the service is attentive across the board. Highly recommend!

It’s been years since I’ve been to Maggiano’s, and it’s still really good. First time trying OUR FAMOUS RIGATONI “D”, it was pretty good! Order it with blackened chicken which came as a recommendation from my amazing server Ethan! The Caesar salad was good and the meatball appetizer was decent. Will be back

I came to Maggiano’s on Valentines 2026 with my boyfriend thinking it would be a great date night with excellent service. I have come to this restaurant for years with my mother and have never once experienced such poor quality as I did this time. Our reservation was set for 9 PM and we didn’t get sat until about 9:10. No big deal I thought. Then we got sat in a room in the back, not as lively and welcoming as the rest of the restaurant. Sat at a table where the lights are flickering constantly. I looked around to find the rest of the lights steady. Meaning it’s not supposed to look candle lit the lights are just going out. Then our server comes to us and says “what’s up? Have y’all been here before?” Which caught me off guard because I’ve never had such a relaxed greeting at a nice restaurant like that before. I’d expect this type of attitude from someone working at a surf shack, not Maggiano’s. Once we complained about the lights the man moved us to another table, problem solved I thought. But in between courses it took a very long time for our server to get our order for the next course. Mind you, it was around 9 and he didn’t seem busy. Then when he finally asks what we want for our entree I ask for lasagna and my boyfriend asks for spaghetti with meat sauce. And the server says, “did you want the meatballs with it” and my boyfriend says, “no” so when a food runner brings out spaghetti with a meatball, have to ask him to send it back because we asked for meat sauce and not a meatball. Mind you we’re already irritated for the wait of him getting our order. Then our server comes back and tells my boyfriend he was trying to slide us a freebie and my boyfriend says, “sorry I just wanted the meat sauce” and our server says. “It’s the same meat.” … yeah he knows but when you ask if he wants the meatball and he says no it means he doesn’t want it. I’m not sure if this played out how it did because me and my boyfriend seemed young, and were sat a younger server that would maybe relate to us more. However I came for the experience of a nice restaurant and did not receive it. I’m very disappointed and hope that the next time I come there won’t be an issue like this again.

I tried contacting the website listed below but it requires a receipt number and we weren’t given a receipt. We payed on a handheld device.
