It’s called dominos pizza and you get dominos pizza. Very popular for dinner time in the Palatine area so make sure to order ahead during those hours. I’ve never had a problem with them. The cashier’s are always nice and attentive.

This store is struggling due to staffing issues and inconsistencies. It is not the employees fault that there are only 4 people working on a Saturday night with a giant football game happening. This is a management issue. I’ve been coming to this store for 2 years. In the last two months staffing has become an issue and you can tell. Again, don’t take it out on the employees. This is a management issue.

I’ve ordered pizza Extravaganzza and asked 2 TIMES “without mushrooms please”. And you know what? When I came to home I saw that pizza have mushrooms. I have a check where is written “ExtravaganZZa (NO MUSHROOMS)” I paid for this $23.49 and got for this price horrible service and unfortunately ruined pizza. Never came again to exactly this Domino’s. There working people who are probably doesn’t know English.

How is it possible to be that inconsistent with a product. Buffalo Wings were horrendous. This has happened more than once. It’s like you defrosted old Plain Wings and just squirted some hot sauce on them. What a hell? How hard can it be to make food as it is advertised? If I could give a zero I would. Tried to deliver the wrong order, then refused to remake the correct order (which they delivered to the wrong house), refused to give my money back and refused to take my calls-hung up on me. So someone got free food on my dime. Their solution was I should take the random food someone else ordered. Had to dispute the charge with my bank. Horrible.

I have a issue ordering a uber eats and I had to call the restaurant. The first thing I did was asking for spanish and they hang up the call immediately. I tried to call many times but they block my number. Last time ordering in that restaurant. The order took more than an hour and my food was cold.

Took over two hours for delvery and the food arrived cold. This store never answers the phone either. Food quality continues to get worse. There is terrible management here. This location needs to be closed.

This is 3 time that i placed order here and pizza was left on the floor. I ordered pizza today at 5pm and the delivery driver left it outside and it in 20*. This is not excitable i always tip driver good, and stop at the store it self and tip workers. Im very disappointed at poor quality. Also i try to call the store and the phone is not pick up.
