I’ve been in here before and apparently forgot to leave a review. Stopped in on a Tuesday and wasn’t nearly half as packed as a Saturday but there was still a good crowd in here.
Plenty of parking..as they have the main building and then the plant next door..so you can park anywhere.
Food..it is a buffet, and there’s plenty of options for fixin’s. The Honey bbq pulled pork is the best one they’ve got for the pulled pork. Chicken was perfectly fried. The shepherds pie…was delicious but a tad bit runny as opposed to the Mac and cheese which was clumpy and dry.
Once you sit down, they come to you and get your drink order and then they’ll bring you the drink..you don’t have to fix that. The waitress I had, came and checked on me 4 times in less than the hour I was here. The dessert section has plenty of ice cream and puddings, but I’m stuffed.
***If you don’t have cash, and want to leave a tip, be sure to let them know when you’re paying before you eat..they’ll let you charge it, hand you the cash so you can tip your server. ***

My husband and I stopped by for an early dinner on 1/17 as first-time guests. There was a large selection of meats, sides, desserts and cold bar fixings. My top faves were the milk gravy with rice, collard greens like my dad makes, crispy fried chicken and tangy vinegar-based bbq. The sweet tea was definitely some good southern tea made just right. The waitress and busboy were working hard. I wish I had brought a bigger appetite with me. I tried a spoonful of each item but was still stuffed. We will be back on our next trip down to the Lexington area from the Upstate.

I’ve lived in South Carolina for 6 years and can’t believe I just recently visited Shealy’s! We were staying on this side of the lake for a fishing trip and decided to try it since it was only about 10 minutes away—boy, we were not disappointed. The all-you-can-eat buffet was delicious, the servers were so friendly, and they kept our glasses full of lemonade and sweet tea.

It’s almost impossible these days to feed a family of 4 for under $45, but we had a great dinner here for about $40. The food, the value, and the atmosphere were all fantastic. We loved it so much that we came back both nights of our trip!

Highly recommend Shealy’s if you’re anywhere nearby—you won’t regret it!

I love their breakfast but I will not be returning for dinner. Green beans has no taste, Mac n cheese taste how it looks(mushy and no flavor), and the chicken legs look like turkey legs(they’re HUGE). They USED to have the best chicken idk what happen but something has definitely changed and it’s not good

We just enjoyed our first ever smoked turkey for Christmas. OMG was it delicious! I moved here from the North where a smoked turkey is not well heard of. The true smoked flavor comes through with each tasty bite.
I know where we’re going for next year’s Christmas, Shealey’s for sure!
Thanks for a great meal!
The two hour roundtrip from Columbia was well worth it!

Job had fed us today and had Shealy’s Bar-B-Que catering.. I have had shealys barbecue over 80+ times living in the area food has always been on point.But today 5/16/2025 and this past year its been disappointing hash was watered down potato salad look like mashed potatoes. Chicken wasn’t flavored or seasoned a littlr dry the mac and cheess was just gross wihich was always a favorite the tea was not sweet. enough Like it use to be. Not sure whats is going on but Yuck so many was disappointed today. Bring BACK the real Shealys BbQ cause this will Not cute it! Food has gone down hill 90%

Excellent home cooking buffet with pulled pork barbeque and so much more! Great value! Vegetables were delicious and so many varieties! Loved the turnip greens! Great salad bar and dessert bar as well as drink included. Daily Special items! Family style seating!

We went for the saturday breakfast buffet. First time trying their breakfast buffet and it did not disappoint, just like their regular dinner buffet. Food was great! They have a great breakfast menu. And good coffee too!

The food is great and that’s what keeps me coming back but your rude ahh workers; the black lady right now feb 12th got me for 11 dollars just now I see and the black headed white lady at the register need to turn her frown upside down and fix her rude attitude and actually work and do something. She had me just standing there cause she wouldn’t grab my plates and bag them she waited for her workers to do everything. Lazy. Do better. Im writing this report at 4:36 pm Saturday Feb 12th. And I spent 43 on my food. Thank y’all
