I wanted to use a gift card. So, I ordered the fried pork chops (stiff as leather), with loaded baked potato (not loaded and not done), fried okra, salad (missing) and chicken noodle soup that looked like vomit. I waited 48 minutes and the place wasn’t even busy. Once I got home the only thing edible was the okra and corn muffins. I threw the rest in the trash.

Surprisingly chill for a breakfast spot—Cracker Barrel Snellville was quiet. No long waits, no chaotic brunch energy. Just a calm, slow morning vibe. Staff was… fine? Not overly peppy, but not rude either—kind of that “woke up on the wrong side of the bed” energy. Food was decent! Classic Cracker Barrel: you know what you’re getting. Hash brown, pancakes were fluffy enough, the eggs and bacon were doing their buttery thing. A Southern breakfast, this one’s a quiet gem. ✨

This is one of my favorite restaurants by far. I’ve been to the location several times. But I will not be returning. Not sure if it’s new management or new staff—horrible experience. We were sat at 1:33 didn’t leave until 4:00. And that’s still without eating! Our food took so long then, it came out completely cold, they remade the food which took so long we had it packaged to go. That still didn’t come out correct. So we had to wait even longer. On top of that—they discounted our bill. But the meals they took of were the cheaper kids meals that came out out nearly two ours before we left. Just overall terrible experience. I would not recommend this location.

This wasn’t a bad visit. Just too many inconsistencies for it to be a wonderful experience. We had to keep asking for things that were already requested. Eggs cooked soft when they were specifically ask to be cooked very hard, quantity of an item not correct when food was served, not being told that a particular choice would be an upcharge and then seeing the surprise on the bill, cold pancakes. Sigh, I don’t know, perhaps it was too early in the morning…. on a great note, sitting in front of that fireplace on a chilly morning.. so yummy!

Customer service was great! The coffee was not so good. I ordered the grandma’s sampler and my were ! As I was getting to the plate with my meat, hash browns and eggs I saw a piece of hair on my plate. I just politely paid for my food and left. Its was early in the morning so the atmosphere was peaceful.

When we were finally seated by a server bc the hostess was busy eating…. he sat us in an area that did not have a server assigned to it! Finally one very nice guy checked on us and became our server. I’m sorry that I didn’t get his name because he was great! We ordered the 2 can dine for $19.99. Picked the onion petals as our shareable they were over cooked but edible. I chose the chicken and dumplings with as little chicken as possible and our server made that happen. I also got the carrots and pinto beans. Sad to say the pinto beans were so undercooked that they weren’t edible so sent them back and they microwave them until the bowl was smoking but still the beans were hard. My friend got the sampler for an additional $2 meatloaf and fried chicken with mashed potatoes and green beans. He said the meatloaf had changed and not for the better bc it was loaded with green and red peppers that’s all he could taste. He did enjoy the chicken but wished he had gotten gravy over it like his potatoes. He ate the green beans but did they sure didn’t compare to Texas Roadhouse. The w visits were Rock hard but the cornbread was OK. The atmosphere was pretty quiet bc there were only 3 other tables and I’m glad we were sat far away from the fireplace because it was putting it was putting out a very unpleasant gas smell due to no wood on it. I did find several great deals on clearance Halloween items. Will we go back to eat? Doubtful… will I check the Christmas clearance? For sure!

Friends stay away from this location!
Stopped by this Cracker Barrel last week on a Sunday about 2pm. Used the app so our seating wait wasn’t long. The restaurant was not at full capacity as it can be on the weekend.
Unfortunately, not only did we wait 45 minutes for our appetizers but then the server and manager came out to tell us they ran out of chicken.
This location is poorly run, messy and dirty.

My mom and I had a great experience at Cracker Barrel. We arrived Saturday morning around 9:45 and there was no wait to be seated. Our server Darryln was fantastic. She was attentive and super polite. I ordered Momma’s Pancake Breakfast. My eggs were cooked lightly to perfection. We both enjoyed the smoked sausage patties. The pancakes were big and fluffy. You could tell they were cooked on a grill. They could have had a bit more flavor. My mom ordered the Old Timer’s Breakfast. She enjoyed it, as well. The basket or biscuits were light and tasty. The total for both meals was just shy of $20. I would definitely return again.

I had the chicken, french toast, with a side of loaded hash browns. Meal was fresh, hot, and absolutely delicious. Establishment was very clean and comfortable. Our server Micheal was very attentive and seemed to really enjoy his job.
