I work in fast food, so I sympathize with the employees who were running the restaurant during my visit. I placed an order at around 6, and arrived to the store once the app indicated the food was ready. I went ahead and took a seat, and the gentleman I assume to be the manager told me it’d be a short wait. The general lobby of this location is definitely small, with some seating and a counter for service. I overheard another customer waiting for his order, in which the store ran out of most of their toppings, so the menu was definitely more limited. After the short wait my food was ready, the service at this location was generally professional and coherent to customers requests.
Onto the food itself, I ordered a large Crispy pepperoni pizza, that I was satisfied with for the price (12$). The pizza itself was dry, to be expected. The crust was flavorless with and generally too crispy. The sauce and cheese were light and flavorful, with nice consistencies and spices that complimented the overall pizza as a whole. I was generally satisfied with the pizza, although, I’ll likely go to Papa John’s or Dominos for a better price.
Pizza Hut does the job if you need some decent pizzas that taste pretty good.

We ordered a large New York style pizza, cheese sticks, and cinnamon sticks as well as a 2 liter. All together our order was almost $50 not including a driver tip which we did Tip. Delivery estimated at 35 minutes and the app tracking said it was on the way, nothing more nothing less. Once the time it was supposed to be delivered had came and gone I began to look out our front window and check. Never saw a delivery car or anything. After 25-30 minutes later than it was supposed to be delivered I opened the front door to look for any signs of life and found our food dumped on the front porch, cold and inedible. Not 1 knock on the door, no door bell, the app still said it was on the way… terrible food, worse service. We will never be ordering from this Pizza Hut or any Pizza Hut based on this awful experience. Only order from here if you enjoy disappointment, sorrow and cold terrible food.

Ordered ahead, went and picked up. Got to my destination and this is what I got. Imagine giving this pizza to a 3 year old who turns around and throws a huge fit because of the way the pizza is cut. I’m sure the guy who cut it like this, looked and said “yup that’s about right” smh do better with the people you hire please. Notice the signs of employees who don’t want to be in your establishment and remove them.

We hadn’t had Pizza Hut in a long time and decided to order. This was the absolute WORST pizza we had EVER had. The crust had less than zero flavor, like it was flour, yeast and water. Heavy on the yeast. I can’t stress enough how bad it was. So incredibly disappointed.

I was starving and forgot to take a picture before we ate. We normally order the big new yorker which is good. We ordered wings this time (buffalo burnin hot ). They were not hot at all. They either gave the wrong order of wings or Spicy is not Spicy. We ordered delivery this time, which gets pricy after you add the delivery charge and tip. We paid over $90 when said and done for 2 pizzas and wings, not sure if it’s really worth it. Oven pizza taste just as good.

Preorded for 5pm pickup, fryers were having issues and was not ready until 5:40. That whole time they did not keep the pizza warm so it was cold when we brought it home. Never again! – Horrible management

UPDATE: As I was reading the other review it looks like several of us had the issue the same time… don’t email them email corporate there advisor will not fix.
My order was wrong, part of the food came out undercooked, and when I tried to address it I was met with unhelpful and dismissive service. On top of that, I was charged full price for the items. A $20 credit doesn’t make up for being treated poorly or served raw food. Very disappointing. This franchise needs to do better.

We’ll that’s disappointing. It must have been 30 minutes late because they left it in the oven so long.
Update: 9-10 months since my last review and the same thing. Late, cold pizza that tastes like it had been sitting for hours.
Avoid this restaurant. It’s not worth your money.

Got a medium pan pizza with half just plain cheese and the other half extra peppers and reg amt Pepperoni’s. There was barely even one pepper on each slice. I asked the guy if they remembered to do extra on the peppers and he was super rude. I asked if that was normal for one pepper on each slice of pizza to be counted as extra and he said yes. Because I had a toddler with me I took the pizza and left. It was horrible, the sauce was bitter and very salty. Just plain gross and rude. Go to Papa John’s. Even Dominoes would be better than this. At least they put toppings on their pizza’s.
