Recently moved into the area. Hubby and I went to check this place out late one night and absolutely loved it. It’s my new sushi craving spot! The service was wonderful. The food was great. Beautiful presentation. Been there twice already in one week. Can’t get it off my mind lol. Planning on going again over the weekend.

I used to really love this place but now it’s just disappointing. Their customer service keeps getting worse and on top of that, they respond rudely and without manners. I bought a platter with a promotion and ordered the rolls I wanted, but they never told me some weren’t included, so I ended up paying more than I should have. I decided to give them one last chance, and the sushi arrived falling apart, and nothing like the pictures they clearly don’t care about presentation anymore. On top of that, their hours are a mess. my family and I have gone several times and they’re still closed, completely wasting our time.

DONT EAT HERE. What a shame. We saw that we had a temaki truck close by our house instead of having to go to Hialeah so we wanted to try it out. It said it opens at 4 pm and when we got here no one was here so we called the number and asked if they were open and the lady said yes they’re open so we ordered on their kiosk thinking they were just in the truck but no. We waited 30 mins and no one came outside. So I called again and told her no one is here and we ordered and have been waiting and she said they’ll be there in 10 mins. So we waited. 30 mins go by and nothing. So we called again an and asked for a refund. Thankfully she helped with the refund quickly and got that situated but as soon as we are on the phone, they arrive, and they arrive high. And asked if we still wanted our food……. NO. such a shame cause we loved eating at temaki but after this, never eating at temaki again.

Los sushis acá son DELICIOSOS, voy desde que abrieron en el de southwest ranches y también he ido al del doral, pero la atención en de southwest ranches ha bajado TANTO que es increíble, como que les molesta que uno vaya a pedir y no entiendo realmente porque es tan incómodo, no tienen nada, ayer fuimos y no tenían muchas cosas y uno paga por algo y recibe cualquier cosa menos lo que está pidiendo, cierran cuando quieren, y solo es un chico atendiendo que en serio se nota que no tiene ganas de estar ahí, entendi un día porque asumí que todos tenemos malos días y así pero ya han sido varias veces lo mismo. Y los sushis eran super grandes pero ahora son súper normales como todos los
otros. Entonces me da mucha pena realmente ojalá puedan volver a lo que eran antes en muchos aspectos.

Soy un cliente que le ha dado varias oportunidades a este lugar, he ido tanto al del doral como a esta sede y pésimo servicio. El personal no está pendiente y no es atento, uno tiene que estar atrás de ellos. Tienen un solo cocinero y la chica que “atiende” por lo que se demoraron demasiado en entregar la comida. Cuando llegamos nos dijeron que iba a demorar aproximadamente 15-20min porque tenían un pedido grande por delante, nosotros aceptamos y decidimos quedarnos, habían pasado más de 30min y aún no estaba lista nuestra orden, luego la chica me dice que debo cambiar un roll porque ese no entraba en la promoción pero cuando yo pagué y ordené no me dijo nada en el momento y además me dice que se les había acabado los langostinos por lo que tuve que cambiar la orden. En fin, nos entregaron la comida después de casi 45min esperando y la verdad no estaba buena, no se sentía fresca y ni se si realmente me pusieron los rolls que había ordenado. No voy mas a este lugar. Cabe acotar que para esta sede debes llevar repelente si no quieres que los mosquitos te piquen.

La comida es exquisita y la atención excelente. Nos atendió Daniela y estuvo siempre atenta a cada detalle. Sin duda, se ha convertido en mi nuevo lugar favorito. Lo recomiendo totalmente!
