The omakase was superb at ‘Omakase by FIAB’. The chef’s selection consisted of seventeen (17) plates, which were all delectable paired with good service. The server provided a narrative for each plate. The total time for this great selected omakase was 1.5 hours. The ambiance was lively, and the servers were polite, friendly, and prompt. It’s definitely a recommended restaurant!

Omg! The omakase is so good! Soft textures and delicious. Creative flavor profiles and very filling! Every bite was just right. There was uni and sweet shrimp and a few new flavors I haven’t tasted. The ingredients were specially sourced so you know you’re getting the most bang for your buck so you can taste the thought and care that was put in to each bite.

We had made a reservation about a week in advance to celebrate my wife’s birthday on Saturday, 10/26, and were looking forward to it. However, on the morning of 10/26, we received a call saying that the reservation was canceled due to the chef’s absence. It was quite disappointing, and it may be difficult for us to plan another visit. Nonetheless, I still hope this restaurant thrives.
