We thought we would give this place a try for dinner since it was nearby and a recent addition to this location. We were extremely pleasantly surprised at the venue, the delicious food and the excellent service. The restaurant seating is very cozy and intimate. The menu was a surprise with their unique selections. We especially liked the 3 course meals that included the starter of either soup or salad, an entree and a dessert. The portions were very generous and we had plenty to carry out with us. Everything seemed freshly made and the salads were a special hit! We certainly plan to return to try out the lunch menu as well as the weekend brunch. Delightful!!!

Took my buddy here for his 59th birthday. We had a fairly large group Ndeve was our server. She provided excellent service for our group food was excellent all served at the same time hot and our drinks were never empty. Atmosphere very nice, classy, relaxing vibe. This is a great place to go if it’s just two people or if it’s a group. You can also count on generous portions of delicious food.

Went for restaurant week. Food was good. Server was excellent. Had 3 different managers stop by which was a bit disrupting to meal and conversation. Bread and butter was good but a bit bland. Salted butter would be better.

The food was excellent at Firebirds. It was my first time at this location, typically I go to the one in Polaris but this location was just as good. I had the ribeye and mashed potatoes and it was amazing. It was perfectly cooked with tons of flavor. The apps we got were good too. I would recommend getting reservations on Friday and Saturday night as the place tends to fill up on the weekends for dinner. Overall this was a great place to grab dinner on a night out.

This restaurant is a recent addition to New Albany. The ambiance is nice and the food well
done with large portion sizes. Initially, one of our meals wasn’t right, but the staff quickly resolved things. I had the parmesan chicken which was tender and perfectly prepared. The vegetables were a unique fresh blend like I’ve never had anywhere before and the little side salad was equally as good. We had great personable service. Five Stars.

We visited Firebirds last night for a quiet moment to ourselves after the loss of our dog. While the food was excellent, it was the service that far exceeded anything we expected.
Our server, Kiki, was truly a blessing. I shared with her the sorrow we were experiencing, and what followed was compassion and care that felt completely natural to her. She was thoughtful, understanding, and incredibly kind in a moment when that mattered more than anything.
Without making a show of it, she brought a dessert to our table that bore the first initial of our beloved dog. It was such a small gesture, yet profoundly meaningful, and one we will never forget. At a very difficult time, she created a moment of comfort and humanity that went far beyond her role as a server.
Some people are simply wired for this level of care — and for Kiki, it clearly comes naturally.
The food was great, but it was the service, and Kiki in particular, that made this an unforgettable experience. We cannot say enough good things about her or our visit. Thank you for making a hard evening a little lighter.

Chain steakhouse serves okay meals. Full plate of Steak penne wasn’t as enjoyable because of chewy pieces of beef. Strip steak entree wasn’t cooked exactly to order. Positives were great drinks, service and prices.

5 star exceptional service! We had an outstanding experience thanks to our server Lotus. Truly one of the best ever encountered. She was attentive and friendly with every detail handled with care. You can tell she takes pride in what she does. She even asked our names and addressed us by name throughout our meal. Phenomenal! A true asset to Firebirds! Food was fantastic as well. Thank you to Lotus and Firebirds for a memorable evening!
