This is not an ordinary restaurant review, but one we feel compelled to write.
On December 23, during a very busy afternoon, my mother choked and went into cardiac arrest while dining here. We called for help, and Jenna, a recently graduated physician assistant who works at the restaurant, ran to us immediately.
Jenna’s calm, fast, and decisive response was extraordinary. When initial life-saving efforts failed, Jenna worked side by side with my sister to perform CPR until the airway cleared. Their actions quite literally saved my mother’s life.
While we waited for paramedics, the rest of the team showed remarkable kindness and care, supporting our family during an incredibly frightening time. Even fellow diners offered compassion and help.
We are profoundly grateful to Jenna, to my sister, and to the entire team. We are incredibly thankful to share that my mother has miraculously survived with no brain injury. We will never forget the humanity shown to us that day. Thank you.

Went here for my fiances birthday dinner Saturday will definitely reserve ahead next time what was supposed to be 25 minute wait turned to over an hour which they couldnt help they were slammed but it was worth it Asia was our waitress she was amazing and super nice and helpful it was our first time at texas roadhouse but we will definitely be back food and drinks were amazing! For a busy as they to got and still great service and amazing food ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve been to roadhouse over a dozen times and tonight was the absolute best I’ve ever experienced it. Jenna was the best waitress that I’ve ever had at any location. She was very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. My steak was cooked perfectly, my potato had tons of cheese on it and the rolls were fresh and hot out of the oven. I wasn’t that hungry going in, but I didn’t take a box home either. It was too good to leave any leftovers. Hats off to you tonight, Texas Roadhouse in Greensburg!

tl;dr: It was okay…
Stopped in after a day spent out in the cold with kiddos stopping at all the local public parks to tire them out for the day. We learned a few days earlier that this place would actually be open on Christmas Eve, so we decided to make this our final stop before heading home.
Though over the phone they told us not to worry – it wouldn’t be busy, so no need for the call-ahead seating – it was a whole ‘nuther matter once we arrived. Luckily, we were still able to get our party of 7 sat down reasonably quick.
For a TR, the food was as good as any other I have been too. I will mention that the steak seemed a bit smaller than the one I normally frequent in FL, as well as the portions for the pulled pork, but it was still more than enough to make a meal out of. Unfortunately, however, my wife’s meal and that of our niece came out wrong. My wife asked for her loaded mashed potato without bacon, and it came with bacon, and our niece wanted her mashed potato without gravy – it came with gravy. Thankfully, the waitress adjusted the bill as they didn’t eat any of it, due in part to the service…
Though the waitress was personable and did fix the bill, the main reason we didn’t send either mashed potato back to get it fixed was that the waitress was mostly MIA during our dinner. By the time she did drop by, we were practically done so there really wasn’t a point to send it back. And if I recall correctly she stopped by one other time, and then a subsequent with the fixed bill. A bit disappointing.
Otherwise, it was a decent meal, our issues were taken care of, and overall an okay outing…

Very good experience, place is crowded but get the table with in 5 mins. Food is good as tried chicken and vegi. Chicken is slightly chewy. Rosted peanut is very delicious. Must try place if you steaks lovers.

Very very nice and reasonable place to eat. Had a great time and the food was awesome. I had catfish and loaded mashed potatoes with macaroni and cheese. Also had the cactus blossom onion! So good lol. My friend had the grilled chicken and she was falling asleep while eating lol. It was sooooooo good!!! I give this restaurant a 10/10 Thank you all for making me feel welcome and filling my belly!

The wait at the counter was u needed. We were thw only ones there and everyone walked by us like we weren’t there. Ended up the girl we passed coming in sweeping the floors was to check us in but didn’t stop sweeping to do so….
Food was okay but manager ended up removing my fries from the bill because they didn’t come out with my sandwich and took way to long to come.
Found a hair in my cinnamon butter so that was the end of wanting anything to do with that.

I like the separate standing spots where you wait for your table, rather than in a crowded line. We were seated promptly and staff was friendly, even though they were very busy. Quite a noisy place with the music and all the people, but the food was very good and portions were generous. Menu plentiful with selections and savory side dishes, as well as flavored teas. The rolls are delicious. Even though I prefer a more quiet atmosphere and lighter fare, I wasn’t disappointed.

We were seated quickly. Barbara was very attentive and took drink orders immediately. She made continuous stops at the table. Our appetizer came out quickly, followed by our food, which was hot. The place was packed and the timeframe was excellent for that many patrons.
Everyone we spoke to was courteous and friendly. The restaurant was clean. Will visit again.
