I ordered 2x pick two on 11/6/25 for my gf and I, and not only did the employees take forever to prepare our food but they also gave me the wrong order. I purchased a small bacon Mac n cheese and they gave me an order with no bacon along with 0 napkins for a to go order. Like I understand that mistakes happen but come on. If there’s multiple of you working the kitchen, there’s no reason that no one notices a wrong order. My guess is that since my order was around 8:30, everyone was eager to go home and they could care less about getting things right. Oh and guess what. My half chicken bacon rancher was also completely messed up…. There was 0 bacon and a PIECE OF STEAK??! Never again…….

The workers were incredibly sweet! My food was prepared quickly and tastes great. I have always loved Panera but I have never felt so compelled to leave a review before. The atmosphere is so peaceful and if I could, I’d spend all day just chilling out there. Also, thank you to the employee that complimented my hair! 🙂

I had an exceptionally disappointing experience at Panera Bread from the moment I walked through the door. The cashier, Salomon, had a noticeably bad attitude and was not friendly or welcoming in any way. Customer service sets the tone for the entire visit, and unfortunately, this interaction immediately made the experience unpleasant.
To make matters worse, I waited 18 minutes for a simple egg sandwich. For a quick breakfast item, that kind of wait time is excessive and unacceptable. There was no acknowledgment of the delay or effort to communicate what was taking so long. Especially when there were 5 people working behind the counter.
Between the poor service and the unreasonable wait time, this visit was incredibly frustrating. I expect much better from Panera and hope management addresses both the customer service and efficiency issues at this location.

Great Panera Location! I went in for breakfast and ordered a ciabatta bacon,egg and cheese sandwich with a tropical green smoothie. I waited around 5-10 minutes for the order which wasn’t too bad seen as it was only 1-2 people making the orders. Service was fast, food and ambiance were great! Not too crowded in the early morning!

Friendly staff and clean restaurant.This location is clean, spacious, and well-kept. Service is fast and I have never had an issue or complaint for any of the staff.
Depending on the time of the day, I will come here to catch up on some work and I see that there are several others who do the same. They have enough outlets and comfy seating so you can spend a good amount of time there. The only suggestion I have is that they fix their table legs because some of the tables are not balanced.
Food is standard, just like any other Panera, but sometimes the portions come out smaller than usual. They need to do better in being consistent with portion size.
For anyone who wants a recommendation, I always get the You Pick Two with the Mediterranean Veggie and Creamy Tomato Soup.

Chalyn was absolutely amazing! Her customer service was exceptional from start to finish. She was patient, attentive, and made sure every detail was taken care of. I really appreciated her professionalism and how effortlessly she made the whole experience. I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for great customer service!

Food was good, but ordering on their self checkout was not the best experience. It took us over 30 minutes and then we still had to figure out where to go. I guess no human contact is what they are aiming for. The place was dirty and they charged me for a piece of bread.

Great location and friendly customer service. The food was okay, but there was no internet, and the place felt empty and dirty. Tea and silverware were missing as well. This place has a lot of potential, but it really needs a strong manager to bring everything together.

Very nice atmosphere to have a relaxing breakfast. Serving was fast and food is tasty. Staff was nice and attentive. Clean environment and convenient location.
