Whyyyy? This place cannot get the cinnamon raisin biscuits right. They were hard as brick. The first batch was horrendous and they had the nerve to tell me that they were fresh. The second batch was a little better. Someone please help the kitchen staff. WTH everyone knows that biscuits are supposed light and fluffy. Either turn the temp down or cut the baking time. These are a limited time items that should be done correctly.

This Hardee’s always has a great breakfast crew. Today I had the pork chop biscuit with light gravy. The pork chop is very tender and fried to perfection. The made from scratch biscuits are always great! I went with light gravy due to eating on the go while driving.
I returned today, April 6,2025. I had the biscuit and gravy combo. Their food is just consistently good. The gravy and biscuit was great. The hash rounds are good dipped in the gravy, and the coffee is always spot on. Great job West Main Hardee’s!

Everything was fine until I started drinking my coffee and realized half of the cup of coffee was literally coffee grains! Very unprofessional and never experienced this from any establishment! Please see photos below!

Went about 1000am 6-15-25…the lady working the register was super nice and respectful. Great job. The young man making the food was audibly complaining about ordering hash rounds via door dash and complaining of having to make them. It was loud enough for us to hear and unprofessional. Food was great. And fresh. Keep that up! And please recognize the cashier logged in at that time as she is true customer service material.

These little anemic chicken strips won’t exactly fill up anything. They taste good enough but they’re tiny. Luckily I found a 5 gal gas can full of gas laying out by the road in front of hardee’s…. That actually made the trip worth it! Lol

We have only used this Hardee’s one time. The food is just so pricey we don’t find them competitive. We had some GrubHub credits and used them for a couple shakes. The shakes were good.

I ordered a Bacon, egg, and cheese Biscuit Combo with a large Sweet tea, and 2 Sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits. I got a medium drink instead of a large, and bacon on all the biscuits, no sausage. And one of the biscuits had just bacon, no egg or cheese. Get it together you guys. I just wasted over 20 dollars. The cashier kept rushing me during the ordering process aswell, not a good sign. I used to work at Hardees on E Main. It is not that hard.

The food was good. The service was not so much. The lady interrupted me constantly and then asked well do you want the biscuits or not when I pulled up to the window, I was confused about why she was so angry. If it wasn’t for my nephew saying I big hungry I would have left.
