Once again we ordered extra meat on our sandwich’s, and like usual the sandwich’s were terrible! I’m surprised if they had regular meat. Of course we asked to make sure they were correct and they weren’t. This is so old. We Pay for something we didn’t get. We had not been back in months because the same exact situation. I’d absolutely love to be able to upload these photos. I would like someone else’s opinion on this. How ridiculous and how old tiring good luck. People don’t have money just to throw away.

Paid for extra sauce. This is such a disappointment, sandwich was actually cold. Asked for extra jamocha flavor and my shake is practically still white. Thanks for squirting some extra in the box but getting none on the bun? Been working all day, got this as a special treat because Arby’s is expensive, even splurged a little and asked for extra.

This is my go-to fast food. Always charming individuals and I’ve never had a mistake on an order. I’d do 5 stars if it were about 9-12 months ago. The service began looking sloppy and hasn’t been as personable. Honestly, the very last visit, it felt like a mcdonalds….

Fine Arby’s but the food was not very warm at drive-thru.
I ordered a double roast beef sandwich and it came in a cardboard container instead of wrapped up so I thought that was interesting. I ate my fries first because they weren’t hot and I didn’t want them to get cold by eating the sandwich first. I opened the container and… there was no bun. It was just a container of roast beef. The cashier heard “no bun” I guess even though I definitely didn’t say that. I was disappointed because my favorite part of sandwiches is the bread, and we were too far away to turn back to fix it.
Also, the reason I bought a double roast beef is because the 2 for $7 sandwich deal is for the roast beef with cheese and multiple Arby’s locations won’t do the deal and take off the cheese. The cheese on it makes it messy and tastes bad. I enjoy the bread bun but paying more than $10 for two sandwiches just because I don’t want cheese is crazy.

Hard to find good workers these days. This used to be one of the better locations. They’re on par now with the McDonald’s down the road for service.

Had a DoorDash delivery get lost and was unable to contact the Dasher themself, so I then called Arby’s themselves. Employee Emma was EXTREMELY helpful in finding out how to go about getting my food redelivered through the DoorDash app (as Arby’s themselves does not do delivery).
When I finally got my food re-delivered I got a nice hand written note and a couple extra cookies! This made my night. Definitely went above and beyond and it was extremely appreciated.
P.S. the jalapeño bites here are tops.
