This location has really fallen in quality and service as of the last year or so. I recommend using the other pizza hut or going somewhere else. I ordered a pizza and used my points to get bread sticks. When I went to get my pizza the bread sticks were not included. I tried to show the employee to get the bread sticks but he was no help. I asked for the manager and they refused to even talk to me and claimed it was an app issue and they couldn’t help even though I used the app to order the pizza so lies and no accountability. The pizza was garbage and old as well. Do not go here.

Terrible tasting pizza and the cheese sticks barley had any flavor the crust they used was horrible it was like eating a frozen pizza you put in the oven worst 47 dollars I ever spent I threw majority of it away never eating pizza hut again

Ordered pizza melts for delivery. Every single one had no meat in it even though they were all supposed to. Saw the one on 9th street is temporarily closed, this one should be permanently closed. To pay over $50 and not get a single item right is the bar this location has set for its workers.

I was picking up the pizzas for my daughter so I didn’t know exactly what all was ordered.
When I arrived to my daughter’s house she looked at them and said that it was the wrong order we were to get 3 pizzas and cheese bread not 2 pizzas and garlic bread.
She called them and they said they would make us new pizzas.
When I arrived back at the pizza hut they had found our pizzas and we’re going to give them to me instead of fresh ones.theses pizzas have been on their racks for over 1 hour and cold. They said if I want they will make me new ones.so I had to wait another 30 minutes. In total from when I picked up the wrong ones to time to eat 1hr 40 minutes

Today is Sunday the 28th and happen to place an order last week (around lunchtime 11:30-12) for a medium taco pizza with extra meat, extra cheese and tomato. That’s was all I wanted on that pizza. I specifically made it clear I DID NOT WANT LETTUCE or onion!
That be said when I received my pizza it was covered in Lettuce!
Today when I placed my order for the same taco pizza with extra meat and cheese. Again specifically asked for no Lettuce.
I told guy taking the order to please make sure that there was no lettuce on my pizza because I had a problem with my pizza last time I ordered it.
So he responded by being rude and telling me that I’m mistaken then proceeded to hang up on me.
Therefore I’m done with Pizza Hut on Santa Fe you have lost my respect and business for good!
