They never follow instructions. Customer is horrible. Burnt onions on 1 pizza the other is cut horribly & the chicken tastes like rubber. It’s not fully cooked (microwave taste). STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION.
EDIT- TODAY IS 7.17.2021 BEFORE I ORDERED I CALLED TO TALK TO THE MANAGER ABOUT MY FREE PIZZA THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE ADDED TO MY ACCOUNT PER MY LAST REVIEW. THEY DIDN’T HONOR ANYTHING. I TOLD HIM MY REASON FOR CALLING IN & ASK IF MY PIZZA CAN BE CHECKED BEFORE LEAVING THE STORE. WELL I POSTED A PICTURE OF MY NEWER ORDER OF THE EDGE PIZZA. IT’S TIME TO TAKE A BREAK FROM PIZZA HUT.

The commercial shows pan pizza, I was not asked what type I wanted, I ended up with hand tossed and my cheese pizza was overdone. Yuck. I spoke with John who offered no solution to the fact I ordered cookie and got cinnamon bread sticks. All around not a good experience with no offer to make it right. Will look for a better pizza hut.

I came here to order pizza for the second time, met the same person as last time, EMILIO took my order, he seemed unhappy and showed discrimination towards me as an Asian who doesn’t speak English well, Idissatisfied with his service attitude, he took the order and gave me the pizza without saying thank you… I came to buy, not to beg for food. I won’t come back again.

Bit noisy, but people are good and food is awsome, if you eat hot. Service delayed always for somewhat time of 15 or something, but still worth waiting, if you get good food.

Stopped through today, not a local, and sat in to enjoy our pizza. The gentleman working was super kind. Looked to basically be running things solo. He was accommodating on my requests. However, I was super disappointed in the pizza itself. The dough was legit almost see through. It was SO thin. And I paid for extra cheese, but ain’t no way it was extra cheese I mean, in defense, any more anything on the pizza and the dough wouldn’t of been able to hold it. I’m starting to think it’s just another Pizza Hut thing to save them money. Breadstix were on point though! The pizza itself gets the 3 stars. The customer service gets 5!
