I recently visited Texas Roadhouse, and from start to finish the experience was excellent. The moment I walked in, I was greeted with the signature warm atmosphere, country music, a lively vibe, and staff that made me feel welcome right away. The place was busy, but service never skipped a beat. Our server was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu, making the whole dining experience smooth and enjoyable.
The food was outstanding. The fresh, warm rolls with cinnamon butter are an unbeatable start, soft, fluffy, and so good you could almost make a meal out of them. For my entrée, I went with the bone-in ribeye, cooked perfectly to order. The meat was tender, juicy, and seasoned just right, exactly what you’d hope for at a steakhouse. The sides, the baked potato to the seasoned Caesar salad , were flavorful and generous in portion size. Everything tasted freshly prepared,
What really stood out was the consistency, every detail, from drinks to food to service, felt carefully managed. Even the manager stopped by our table to check in, which shows pride in their operation. Overall, Texas Roadhouse delivers great value, a welcoming environment, and top-notch food. I placed a to-go order that included only rolls, and they were all raw. The Sanford location was out of them, so we had to drive to Oviedo to pick them up — about 30 minutes there and 30 minutes back. When we got home, we realized the rolls were barely baked and had to bake them ourselves for well over 15 minutes. This was extremely frustrating and disappointing. The difference is crazy.

It all started with the warm reception. I felt like I was walking into a family or friend’s home. We were seated shortly after arriving and our server Cookie took great care of us. Food came out quickly and was well prepared. I have to say, their restrooms were so clean and smelled great. On my second trip the bathroom, I actually brought my dessert in and ate it.

So…..True review!I was not going to come here. My husband was hungry so we stopped. I was impressed. Audrey was amazing we showed up 20 min before they closed and she addressed us as if she just walked in and had the best day of the year so far! We ordered our food it was a bit late but she was on it, I mean on it, like she dropped what she was doing and went and got our food. She was so happy and so graceful. You guys are lucky to have her. Food was late and a little cold but it didn’t matter her energy and conversation was worth it. I will add, she was just as great to everyone else. You guy have one of the greats here. Be very Proud of that Texas Roadhouse and see you soon .

Texas Roadhouse is as consistent as it gets when it’s comes to food quality, atmosphere and service! My family and I love coming here! They have some of the best steak cuts in town. They’re service is great from the moment you get here until the moment you leave. And it’s such a great atmosphere. The energy from the music and the birthday singing to the cheers from the bar with the sports games. It’s really fun! Highly recommend coming here! Their porterhouse is sooooo good and all of their sides from steak fries to potatoes, chilies , salads and veggies are awesome too! The 16 oz sirloin is one of my favorites. Especially when they’re smothered in onions and mushrooms. The children’s steak portion is really good too! Oh and let’s not forget those awesome fresh baked courtesy rolls they give you as soon as you walk in and are seated!

Went to Texas Roadhouse last night as this is one of our favorite locations but was extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with how they handled a BUG in my salad!! Absolutely disgusting! Turned my appetite off for the rest of my meal. I had to ask for a different side option, then was told by our server that a manager would comp our meal and comes to find out only 10% was taken off of our bill! No manager even stopped by our table to check up on us not even once! I work in the restaurant industry and hate to speak negatively, but this was ridiculous and I definitely will NEVER be eating here again!!!! Terrible customer service. Wish I could give this place 0 starts!

Sue got one HELLUVA LEMON DROP RECIPE! not too strong not too light not too much .. just perfect. I just visited Mexico and went to a mixing class and these lemon drops are … unmatched. Seriously. I would pick her over my girlfriend who’s also a bartender I hate to admit it. But This was a very great experience. I didn’t even wanna sit down and eat anywhere because I had such a long and frustrating, stressful day at work but sue made it completely impossible to not enjoy my visit. She made the place feel like home away from home. We need more people like sue on earth. I’m so glad I got out the house today. Thank you Texas Roadhouse and Thank you Sue. You were amazing.

What a good meal. Everything was great. All food cooked to perfection. Our server Mariah did a fantastic job. The manager Corinne came by and introduced herself. She was very nice. We really enjoyed this location. We will be back.

Accessibility friendly. Good food. Great price! Caitlin, a hostess was friendly and kind and did not rush us (we walk slowly) Shout out to Mariah , the manager on duty, she is amazing. I love fun atmospheres but I cannot handle sudden load noises. Mariah accommodiate the music level for me so I could enjoy the fun line breakout line dancing without getting a head ache. Awesome! And the servers accommodated by friend who has mobility issues with appropriate seating. We feel so welcomed! Ta’shun our server is great. We have an amazing plate of ribs and perfectly cooked steak at a great price. Totally coming back!
